Best location in Sunriver!
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this quiet, centrally-located home. It's just a few minute walk to The Village mall for dinning/shops/groceries, 4 minutes on bike to the SHARC water park. Enjoy miles of bike and walking paths right out of the back door. Come relax and visit, watch a movie with family on the HUGE 86" 4K TV, or get outside and enjoy all that Sunriver and Central Oregon has to offer. Then come home, prepare a meal in the well equipped kitchen and gather around the large dining table.
Central Oregon is the outdoor playground of Oregon and Sunriver is in the middle of it all. Nearby activities include: hiking, rafting, swimming, bicycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, golf, tennis, pickleball, snowboarding, snow skiing, and snowmobiling. It's just 20 miles to Mt. Bachelor! Central Oregon has an almost endless amount of outdoor activities to pick from. You will be 20 minutes from Bend, where there there are many restaurants and breweries to visit.

-The SHARC aquatic center hours sometimes change due to things like seasonal hours, staffing, and air quality. It is recommended to call ahead to verify their availability.

Great Place to Stay

I have nothing bad to say about the house or the owner -- great location being so close to the SHARC and The Village, roomy house with comfortable bedrooms and amenities. I definitely would stay here again!

Scott is great, very accommodating, available to help or answer questions. This is the third year we have stayed in his beautiful home. The house is well maintained, has been nicely updated, is well equipped, and is so comfortable. The beds are very good with extra blankets. The location can't be beat. It is a short walk to the village with the walking path behind the house. Scott recommended activities and restaurants, but we chose to cook and grill at the house. There is a big screen TV for movies and comfy couches to curl up and read. Lots of games. It is the perfect vacation home for our family. We'll be back next winter!

Great house in an A+ location!

Perfect set up for our large group. Direct access to the Village shops and restaurants. The owners were very good at communicating throughout the booking process and stay.

Great house! Well stocked. Everything you’d need in the kitchen plus barbecue out back. Location was super! Right next to the village. We used the bikes provided as well as rented a few more from the bike shop a couple minutes away. Pool table was a huge hit. Loved the SHARC passes. Kids used them several times. Would stay there again. Great contact with owners.

Short family getaway

We loved the home and how clean and comfortable it was. The location was perfect and we walked to the village all together often. The kids enjoyed the SHARC very much. Scott was a great communicator and was understanding when my husband accidentally forgot food in the fridge. We would love to stay here again, it was perfect for our family of nine! Check in/out was very easy and we loved the little surprises that greeted us (coffee, chocolate, and wine!)

Can’t beat the location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were meeting my in laws for a weekend wedding. The 3 king bedrooms were perfect for the adult couples and the bunk room was perfect for the cousins! The layout was great, everything felt so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed. Yes, the bathrooms look dated, but everything is clean and well maintained. Embrace the 70’s charm to stay within very close walking distance to the Village!! We would absolutely stay here again! Also great communication with the owner. Thanks for a great weekend!!

We spent a weekend with five teenagers and it was plenty of room. A large beautiful dining room table where we were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was much needed after a four hour drive with five teens. Two living room areas. One downstairs and one upstairs so adults and children can have their own social areas. In the photos you can see some older decor but the things that are important are upgraded. Walking path right out the back door. Blondiies pizza is amazing and maybe a three minute walk at most. Village with coffee, restaurants and shops a five minute walk. Amazing house and amazing location. Host was a great communicator!

We had planned a last minuet family trip for my 60th bday. We were surprised that a house this size whith such short notice was available for the dates we wanted. Even though we saw the pictures when we arrived in Sunriver we could not believe how perfect the house was for all 10 of us! First of all it was so clean! The appliances were up to date and the kitchen was so organized. Everytime I needed something I looked and it was there but not cluttered at all!! The kitchen table was the perfect place for card games and enough space for all of us to enjoyu our meals!The location was also beyond perfect! the villiage was across the street and the shark and lodge just a short bike ride away! I also appreciated the excellent communication from the host. Everything was explaned perfectly for what we needed to do upon arrival and check out. I highly recommend this location and will be planning my next year trip to stay again!Robin Hergert

Great comfortable house for 4 adults and 3 kids. Lots of room to spread out. Easy walk to village, lodge, and SHARC (which has the pool/hot tub). Felt like home, and we would stay here again.

We live in the Willamette Valley but, we absolutely love our home in Sunriver no matter what season it is. There are so many activities to choose from year around. Our family loves riding bikes on the bike paths and seeing the wildlife that live in the area all year around. We enjoy floating the river in the summer, hiking in the spring and fall , snowboarding, snow tubing, and ice skating in the winter.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood yet it's so close to everything. It's just a 4 minute walk to the Village Mall for shops, restaurants, treats and seasonal attractions like bumper cars, mini golf, bounce house, and Ice skating to name a few. It's also a 4 minute bike ride to the SHARC, Sunriver's aquatic center with multiple swimming pools inside and outside, including kids pools, lazy river and water slides.

Location! You can ride or walk pretty much anywhere in Sunriver on the bike path. Our home is located right on the path and is so close to most things. In fact, you may not even need to get in your car the whole time you stay!
