Ce condo au dernier étage (6e) est idéalement situé sur les belles plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique à Panama City Beach, en Floride. Cette unité a 2 lits queen en maître avec une salle de bain attenante et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a un salon spacieux avec télévision à écran plat, canapé-lit queen-size et de nombreux sièges. Dehors, sur le patio, il y a des sièges confortables pour profiter des couchers de soleil. Il y a des chaises, des parapluies et des jouets de plage disponibles pour votre usage dans la buanderie complète en face de la porte d'entrée du condo. Le grand balcon profond a toujours de l'ombre et du soleil! Que vous aimiez vous allonger autour de la piscine ou vous asseoir sur la plage jusqu'au coucher du soleil, vous apprécierez ce petit complexe familial suffisamment proche des restaurants et de la vie nocturne, mais pas juste à côté. Ce complexe est à environ 1/2 mile de St Andrews State Park et à environ 1 1/2 mile du début de Front Beach Rd.

Fall Getaway

We loved the condo. It was clean, well stocked and was very close to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We stayed 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave.

Amazing ocean front views

Absolutely loved the big balcony that you could view the whole ocean from. Condo had plenty of space for our family. Loved being on the other side of town with less crowds!!!!

Great Condo

We had a great experience. The condo is in a good location with an awesome view of the gulf from the large 6th floor balcony. The place is wonderfully decorated with plenty of space. No issues with check-in/out with good communication from the rental company. The only negative was the construction work on the front of the building which should be finished this fall. Would highly recommend this condo and the location.

Site didn’t state building was under construction or painting. It was a little embarrassing with our guest we invited to stay with us. Dryer not working properly, had to dry towels 4 times before they were dry.

I would stay there again!

The condo was great! It seemed to be recently renovated! It was clean! We did have trouble with the microwave. Maybe we are just not tech savvy enough. Lol! The pool was very clean. The condo is very close to the beach! The people there were very nice! The elevator did have some issues and renovations are still in progress, but overall, I would definitely stay there again!

Great Getaway

We had a fantastic stay! With 2 young kids, the direct beach access and pool were a huge plus! Easy to carry stuff out in the morning and get to and from the condo as needed. Overall, great stay and looking forward to booking again in the future!

Very nice vacation spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was easy! Loved the location, not far from Pier Park, but not right in the middle of town. The condo has all the amenities of home, complete with washer and dryer. The view is absolutely AMAZING! There is a person that goes out every morning and cleans the entire pool area very well. We were sad to leave. We will definitely book again.

Loved it!

We decided this year to stay in this side of town to be away from the crowds. It turned out to be the best decision! Beach was never crowded and it was quiet. The elevators were amazing! We rarely had to wait (no kore than 2-3 minutes) and maybe on 3 occasions had someone else with us. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the living room has plenty of seating for a family. Our only issue was the door. We had a problem everytime opening and closing the lock. It may have been just us not doing it correctly. We will certainly stay again!

Very Comfortable Unit

The unit was clean and comfortable. The tv remote didn’t work and no response when we reported it. The black plastic fencing on the balcony railing blocked the beautiful view of the ocean. Also you need to bring all cooking supplies and extra paper goods. Ample cooking utensils and dish ware was available.

Common areas dirty

The condo was ok. I didn’t appreciate the cigar smoke from the balcony next door. The pool, beach and State Park were nice. —The hallways and stairwells of the building were very dirty. There was crusted garbage goop on the walls by each garbage shoot. I told the maintenance people of a sticky mess on the stairwell floor, it was never cleaned. Elevator trapped some people for 45 minutes.

Everything about this property was perfect! Great location and the view was heavenly. We had everything we needed and I can't think of anything that was negative about this place. Gorgeous condo

Condo 607 was absolutely beautiful! Top 6th floor balcony views were amazing! Looks exactly like pictures online; completely renovated inside the condo itself! No complaints. Balcony could use new furniture; was a table and 4 chairs. Would recommend a high top table and chairs to see over railing. Owner must have a pet because there was this plastic fencing around railing which restricted view when sitting but great if you have kids so they cant drop toys or stick objects between balcony slats. Loved the location on the quiter end of Panama City!!! Pool was nicely heated! Condo itself is beautiful but the whole Mariner East NEEDS renovated and I believe that is being down so ask before booking!!! They were replacing all sliding glass doors to balcony when we were there. Complex building needs new paint, pool surrounding concrete redone/or painted as its chipping and looks horrible. Inside common areas BADLY need renovated. Bathrooms, game room, common kitchen, walkways....ALL appear VERY old and worn but again I believe this is all being done like Mariner West, which is completely done being renovated. Place just needs a good facelift and someone onsite through the week to maintain stuff and make feel more inviting. Old pots with dead plants, dead grass, old pool furniture...the place just looks sad. I assume these owners are paying HOA fees but the place does NOT look like it is giving back to maintain the easy stuff around the property. 1 onsite person to maintain the overall look of the grounds is greatly needed!

The ocean had a great view, super simple condo and had all the simple things that were needed. The elevator is terrifying but after a few go’s you get used to it. Elevator would be my only complaint about this place.

Perfect Spot in Panama City Beach!

Our stay in Mariner East was wonderful! It was the perfect spot for our last minute get away. Our only drawback was the first day at check-in and through the evening, the elevator was out of order. It worked later in the night. The unit was clean, the beds were comfy and the views were pure serenity. We were even able to extend our stay a day. Responses were prompt!

Perfect beach trip

We love staying at Mariner East because of the less populated area and family friendly feel. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Property manager, Cindy Owens, is wonderful! She is on top of things! She made sure we were happy with everything and she really works so hard to keep this property looking its best.
