Access to the river, hiking, beautiful views, kayaking, birding, nearby Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park , hunting, fishing. The cabin has something for everyone year round with dazzling leaf colors in the fall, birding year round and summer fun in the river. This cabin is one of the most popular Vacation rentals on the Frio River

The property owner was GREAT! Very detailed instructions on the check in process and he provided additional local tips to make the trip more enjoyable. The location is wonderful as it is close enough to “town” but very secluded, such that we only saw a handful of other people on the river while were here for Mother’s Day weekend. Very comfortable accommodations and awesome that it is dog-friendly.

Great Place for short family getaway

We had a wonderful stay and loved the property. It was clean, updated and perfect for our family. It was just the right distance to Garner State Park where we spent the day hiking.
