Beautifully kept property with western style decor. I stayed with two of my sons and my daughter in law and the accommodations were perfect.The location is convenient to many of the attraction in this beautiful area.

Great location, Nice quiet spot on the river a short walking distance. Loved meeting the dog that came by for a visit. Super sweet. Property is very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Just a few minute walk down to the river. Easy for children to come and go as well. The host is on site and very quick with communication. The home was fully stocked, cozy atmosphere, and a nice pool! We loved the location!

Gorgeous Spot

Perfect weekend getaway for a group of friends that love to visit while enjoying the river. This spot was great! Short walk to a perfect place on the Frio. Owners were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Oh and the cowboy pool was a bonus! We will definitely come back!

AMAZING

We stayed while celebrating family graduates. Very close to the water and an easy walk, clean, and everything we needed was provided. It was a quiet area, but not too far from stores and restaurants, etc. We enjoyed it!

Great time in Leakey

The Bunkhouse is a nice place to stay on the Frio. The flow rate was 9’ which isn’t a lot for tubing but there was water here to hang out in. Nice and friendly owners on the property!
