Very happy with our stay. The home has everything you need for a large family. The large couch and extra kid cushions were nice for movie night. The hot water lasted through all the showers. It was close (5-15mins) to a lot of attractions and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Everything was great. Perfect stay for anything and everything Chattanooga. It seemed like it was only 10 mins away from all of the main attractions. Would stay again.

Entire house was clean and very inviting. We loved every inch of the property and one of the guests even considered purchasing one for themselves. Host was communicative and easy to talk to. Will probably return to this property!

The property was newer and clean overall. Unfortunately, our main issue was being charged for damage to a stool leg support that we never used and didn’t even realize was there (it was hidden under the bar). The owner filed a claim without prior notice. Even after we explained the situation, we were billed for something that they failed to find previously. Attached is the picture they shared

To future guests reading this: we strive for excellent service and are receptive to constructive feedback. However, in this instance Quan is completely wrong on every count. Quan was asked (given notice) about the stool before we filed the claim. Quan was personally billed nothing. Insurance paid for th $30 bar stool. We explained this to Quan several times. Sad to see that Quan’s spiteful nature prompted him to leave us a 3 star review over a $30 stool that he was never charged a dime for. We work extremely hard for our guests and this fraudulent review is unjust and unacceptable. To other hosts: be wary of letting Quan stay at your property. He is no longer welcome at ours.

We had a wonderful stay at Milltown Oasis. It is very nicely decorated with all of the essentials and then some! The location is fabulous, so convenient to our family and anything in town you'd want to do.

Clean area, friendly host, pet friendly. The only bummer was the view from the patios. Dilapidated building under construction. That has nothing to do with the host though. Other than that, the area was quiet.

The house was perfect! Kitchen was fully equipped, from small appliances to a tea kettle and everything in between. Glassware, dinnerware, silverware, cookware, everything was cohesive and made our stay feel special. The open space downstairs was lovely, the bedrooms were comfortable, the primary suite was delightful. There were many thoughtful extras that were appreciated: coffee pods, cleaning supplies, even laundry products. We would choose to stay here again 100%. One last thing - communication was excellent! Thank you!!!

The layout of the home was perfect for our family with 2 adults and 2 small kids. We loved the outdoor spaces...they were furnished beautifully and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the location as it was close to downtown and restaurants. There was some construction in the neighborhood, but it didn't bother us. If anything, that's a good thing because they're building out Milltown area with new homes and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

The 3-story townhome was new-ish, very clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. THe first floor had all the living spaces and a half bath. It was well stock (except it needs a larger pan) in the kitchen and baths. And it was generously stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing products...more than just starter amounts. Also, it had a variety of spices, coffees, and teas. The second floor had two bedrooms with a shared bath and laundry. The beds were comfortable and each room had a ceiling fan. One critique: we slept oddly hot considering we had the fans on. Direction of the fan? The shower had plenty of hot water. The third floor is the master bed and bath with an extra twin in the walk-in closet. It also had a nice patio and the sauna which everyone loved. Parking was right out the front door, and clean up was very reasonable. There are 2 long staircases, so not handicap friendly or great for kids, but we had 5 kids with us under 6, and we made it work fine. The kids loved the arcade game and the blocks were a hit. Communication was also great, and check in was easy.
