Super cute apartment.

  • 4 of 5

Frans is a great landlord and always responded promptly. The location is nice. Close to everything...but still nice and quiet at night. I loved the sliding doors that you use to close the rooms off. (Especially if you have a third traveller.) The kitchen had the basic tools for cooking and there is a nice market a few blocks away. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment. If I ever moved to Amsterdam it would be the perfect apartment.

Wonderful property and fabulous owner!

  • 5 of 5

We had the pleasure of spending a month at this lovely apartment in the heart of Amsterdam's Jordaan neighborhood. We could not have been happier and more comfortable our entire stay. It really started to feel like home. Frans is friendly and helpful and had all sorts of great suggestions for dinner, bicycle rides and museum exhibits. This is our second stay at this apartment and would gladly return again. Highly recommended!

Amazing apartment in the best area of Amsterdam!!!!

  • 5 of 5

This spacious apartment is located in the Jordann , next to all the cafes and boutiques of the 9 Streets District! A beautiful canal is just down the street! We took a beautiful ride from the airport , Bus 197, that dropped us off about 5 minutes walk away. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay in Amsterdam

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and centrally located.

The photos don't show it, but there are two separate bedroom spaces that can be closed off or kept open - three of us traveled together so this was very convenient. The apartment is stocked with all the supplies you need.

Frans was helpful, responded to questions, and ensured the whole stay was easy to book and pay for.

The neighbourhood is great, with lots of restaurants and shops. Two grocery stores are about a 5 minute walk away. Central Amsterdam is about a 10 minute walk or quick tram ride.

Wonderful location and great apartment

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed at Fran's apartment for four nights in May. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there due to the apartment's wonderful location, great windows, comfortable bed and nice space. There were many great vegan/vegetarian restaurants in the area. Access to the tram system was great. We did find the Wifi signal much better in the bedroom than in the front room facing the street which worked fine for us. We also liked how there was no TV. Frans was a great host who helped us whenever we asked. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Hidden Treasure

  • 4 of 5

This is a quirky apartment that is well located out of the hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam. It is close to the Anne Franke house and a short ten to fifteen minute walk to central Dam Square and all the attractions. There are good restaurants and a supermarket close by.

The apartment is very cosy and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom area very roomy. The shower has great pressure and good heat control.

Furnishings are an eclectic mix and comfortable.

Frans is a good host and communicates well to ensure your stay is trouble-free.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Car: not necessary

The apartment is located in the famous Jordaan area one of the liveliest and famous local districts of the citycenter. You will find bars, cafés, restaurants and all kinds of shops in the direct surrounding of the apartment. Most Museums are close-by, especially the Anne Frank House situated on the other side of the Prinsengracht, just a few steps away. The apartment has a great view on the Westertoren like Anne Frank did during her stay in 'het achterhuis'.
