** The kitchen has lots of kitchenware that will allow you to cook or bake as needed. The dining room seats six.
** The five acre pond is a beautiful highlight that you will enjoy while relaxing on the patio or viewing from inside the house. (Note: There is no swimming, boating or fishing in the pond.)
** The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet area that is convenient to the universities, and other local destinations including Edisto Gardens. You can enjoy everything Orangeburg and our home have to offer for a great getaway.

I grew up in SC as a child and have many relatives here. I love being a host because it allows me to make someone’s day a little nicer.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood has homes that sit on large lots which provides privacy and space for outdoor activities. The large pond behind our house is beautiful and adds an extra special beauty to the property. And the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
What makes this property unique
The view of the beautiful five acre pond and two acre property, along with a renovated country style home design, make it unique.
