Escape to this beautiful modern luxury 4 Bedroom Villa with 4 Ensuite Bathrooms (2 King Suites) which is ideally situated on the Margaritaville Resort with access to the Gym and Onsite Spa, Onsite Restaurants and Resort Shop. Please note Guests do not have access to the Fins Up Beach Club at the Margaritaville Resort or the H2O Waterpark (entrance payment required for H2O water park). The Villa does have access to the Neighborhood pools via an Access card in the home. The Villa is located within walking distance of Sunset Walk where you will find several table service Restaurants - Estafan's, Fords, The Wharf, Brazilian Steakhouse, Rock & Brews along with takeout restaurants like Bentos, Cowboy Chicken, Fat Boy's Pizza and many more! For extra entertainment, you will find a Studio Movie Theater where you can eat and watch the latest movie release. Shops at Sunset Walk include Skechers, Naples Soap company, Leo'z Arts, Verizon, along with an Artisan Market every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, Sunset Walk also hosts classic and modern Car Promenades on Friday evening, Various Live Music events and Tribute bands also play here in both the Restaurants and public places. A very exciting area with something for everyone to enjoy.

The Villa is a 2 storey home which is new and has been tastefully decorated. On the Ground Floor - There is an open plan living area with L Shaped sofa and large Flat Screen TV and patio doors leading to your own deck area with Al Fresco Dining table with 6 chairs. To compliment the outside deck area, there are 2 loungers to enjoy the Floridian sunshine.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to make a quick snack or cook up a gourmet dinner for you and your friends/family. There is a formal Dining table to seat 6 persons and a breakfast bar with 3 chairs.
Also on the Ground Floor is a Master King Bedroom with a Flat Screen TV, closet and its own Ensuite bathroom with tub, and separate walk-in shower. It has a door leading from the Master Bathroom to the outside deck area where you can sit and sip your Morning Coffee whilst planning your day out and about Orlando.

Upstairs, you will find another King Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom with Walkin Shower, closet and Flat Screen TV. This King Master also has access to the rear upstairs balcony! There is a Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room, closet and Flat Screen TV, as well as a Twin Bedroom (2 single beds) with Ensuite Shower Room, closet and Flat Screen TV.

There is a washer and dryer upstairs too for Guest use.

At the rear of the Villa, there is delightful shaded outside wooden decked area under cover with your own outside Dining Table (seating for 6 persons) for Al Fresco eating and drinking. A place for relaxation after a long day out and about in Orlando. There are also 2 loungers on the wooden deck for Guest use.
