Wonderland at White Crane - Hot tub & Lake views!

Summary:

No longer does your private pool need to include a view of another house while you relax after a day at the parks. This Disney themed, pond view house allows you to relax with the whole family in peace and quiet.



The Space:

The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, wine opener, blender and more. It overlooks the spacious living room, which is equipped with a large flat screen TV, comfortable (and easy) pull out couch which converts to a queen sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests for your convenience.



The dining room offers a spacious dining table to accommodate up to 9 guests and sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s true the biggest concern you should have with this epic house is going to be “where will the 10th human will eat!?”



Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV, and doors leading to the private pool and en-suite. The en-suite features a soaking tub & stand-up shower.



Bedroom #2 offers a King bed with sliding doors to the, have we mentioned yet, the private pool and the epic patio?



Bedroom #3 Meeshka Moushka Mickey Mouse & his friends await in this well themed room, furnished with a Queen bed.



Bedroom #4 features your favorite princesses, Lightning McQueen and 2 Twin tumbler beds.



The house features a shared bathroom on the 1st floor equipped with a tub/shower combo.



Outside is your own private screened in, yeah you guessed it, private pool with the lake views! Have an outdoor BBQ with the char-broil grill and sit at the table fit for 5 rejuvenating humans.



Located in the garage, is a game room that features a dart board, ping pong, pool table, seating on plush sofas for movie nights and more!



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are 2 paved driveway spots as well as street parking.

- The hot tub is always FREE to guest use. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.



- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to..



- Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable..



-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



Will you brave the lake and try and catch some local largemouth bass outback? Or a gator?? Orlando is your playground as you probably know, as just miles away awaits the splendor of Walt Disney World. And just an hour to the Atlantic Beaches.



Sunset Walk, with their epic playground and themed food factories, are less than a mile up the road past Margaritaville resort. H2O water park you could probably throw a stone at and hit with mild accuracy.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
