Thank you for leaving us this review. We are always striving to give our guests the best vacations possible, and I take these reviews seriously. I am sorry if you were disappointed in a few things about the house, and I would like to address your concerns. I am going to have quality control go out today to look at the beds. We make certain our owner's keep their furnishings updated, and if the beds need to be changed out that will happen! If a guest is ever lacking in cookware, we simply ask that you call. Our maintenance staff can bring out anything you might need day of. We are a local company open 7 days a week, and can always provide what guests need if there are not enough items. We leave enough for how many people the house sleeps, but will bring extras if needed. In regards to perishable items, we have better standards than most management companies with what we leave. We leave two trash bags in the kitchen and one in each restrooms to get guests started with their stay. If guests request more, we will bring them out. We leave soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. Most property management companies simply leave a bar of soap, so this is better than most. We cannot leave spices in the home. In this day and age, you never know if someone if going to open a spice and leave something in it that's not supposed to be there. We are clear about this from the beginning of the booking process, and I reiterate that this is the standard with home rentals. We must make sure our guests are safe, and not eating tainted food. I will check to see about the cable box, and handle that internally. All in all, I am glad the house was cozy, you enjoyed the clubhouse, and distance to Disney. With the exception of the beds, I do not feel this warranted a 2 star review. One call and we would have brought out items, and we have higher standards with what we leave in the home than other property management companies in the area.
