The cabin was built for our personal use, but due to our work schedules, we are not able to use it as much as we would like, therefore we are offering it to others to enjoy.

Great Place. Clean and well equiped.

  • 5 of 5

This place is great. Clean and has all the kitchen utensils and spices you need to cook. The bathroom set up is very functional. Two separate toilet rooms. One separate shower room. Vanity with double sinks. The location is between the Parish Highland and Harrison Hills ATV trails. ATV access from the cabin is less then 1/4 mile along the road to the trails. This place has more then enough places to hang gear and clothing. The screen porch is nice to keep the bugs away. We enjoyed several fires in the fire pit. Ample parking and turn around room for trailers. The driveway is a little difficult to find and the numbers are small and the GPS took us about a half mile past the place. Just watch the fire numbers as they are accurate

Great ATV Stay!

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was very spacious for our group of 8. There is everything you need there for an enjoyable ATV weekend or just a get away stay. There is access via Highway 17 just down the road to get onto the ATV trails. The only reservation I had was that we had some in our group that stayed up later than others and the acoustics of the place really carry so any noise in the front room carries into the bedroom like they are right there with you. Perhaps I just need to stay with a quieter group :-)

Great location, not the greatest amenities.

  • 3 of 5

Overall we were happy with the stay, as the proximity to ATV trails was the most important feature. The gas grill was out of gas, the outside water spicket has no pressure due to being tapped off the kitchen sink, found a used condom under the bed, and the bathroom setup is, well, odd. This is set up well for a guys' ATV, fishing, or hunting trip but not where we'd take the family again. Also, the only way to get hold of the owner is at a work# during weekdays business hours.

Very clean, well stocked, cozy cabin

  • 5 of 5

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin had everything we would've needed from spices, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, pizza oven, crockpot, and so much more. We didn't have to use a lot (including the ac, weather was cooler during our stay at the end of June) because we brought everything not knowing it was all there. If we forgot it though, it was there. They were doing some construction on Pine Lake while we were there, so we went fishing at a public boat dock on the north side of Crescent Lake caught some Pan Fish, Small Mouth Bass and a few Perch. It is up Hwy 17 into Rhinelander and about 5 miles west on Hwy 8. However, on the last day, the kiddos did get to swim at Pine Lake and we did a bit more fishing. We caught 4 keeper sized pan fish in about an hour, but had to head home so tossed them back in to be caught another day. Overall, our time spent together was nice and memories were made in spite of the rain and chilly weather. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!
