Great place to stay for a weekend at the Dells. Lots of space for a large family/friends. Don’t book if you want water park experience as this condo is not part of Chula Vista.

The property was very nice and clean. I would recommend this place to stay, my family and I enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was nice. The only complaint for us was the wi-fi is horrible, if you have to do work make sure you have another alternative for the internet. Other than that it was a great stay. Thanks.

No body wash in the master bedroom in the shower.It was close to the furniture in the lobby. Had to step out and ask loud guests at 1:00 am to quite down.We were told that the condo did not include the pool tickets but we were not allowed to purchase tickets for the pool area because we did not make reservations thru Chula Vista. No access for my kids and my grandkids to utilize the pool areas.

We had a great stay! We had two families and our son brought 2 friends. 10 people total. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The 3 teen boys took the space with the two beds/pull out couch and they had their own bathroom and little kitchenette! It was perfect. A family of four fit comfortably in the two queen room and they had their own bathroom. The king room was comfortable for our own family with its own bathroom. The view was lovely and the kids had a great time running around and exploring! The arcade was open to non resort patrons like us. The kids didn’t mind the fact that we couldn’t go tot he waterpark - plenty of other options that offer day passes nearby! The host was very responsive! We’d absolutely come again!

The condo itself was great, but facilities were not as advertised. Grills were filthy, pools were very small, and the lazy river was only for small children. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family; it was extremely clean, comfortable, and located great.

Our family of 12 really enjoyed this place, it was big enough for us all to have our own space and the bottom floor was a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

We spent a weekend in April at this property, and I have zero complaints (other than 10:00 is an early check-out time). The unit was clean and fully stocked and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - the provided coffee was a nice touch. It's always appreciated when the basics are provided - paper towels, dish washing supplies, salt & pepper, cooking spray - and more! All we had to do when we left was run the dishwasher and bag up the garbage, which is more than reasonable. Highly recommend this property for a big family gathering, as ours was. Would be fun to stay in the summer when all of the outdoor amenities are available!
