* Please do NOT remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on guests.
* We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front driveway which records video and audio.
* Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

This home is beautiful and I loved how my family who live in AZ could come over and play pool and also swim in the outside pool! The kitchen has a huge island which made it a nice social area! The driveway has spots for two cars. Just a great home! Host was very nice!!! All was very private and host was not a bother either. So you could enjoy it all!!!!!!!!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and well maintained. Could do with a hairdryer or two and bedside lamps but otherwise was well furnished. Comfy seating and a large TV. Disappointed that the pool was not cleaned during our 5 night stay in spite of several texts back and forth initially. Pool was dirty due to a recent storm, not from lack of maintenance. However, even after the pool cleaning was scheduled, nothing was done and there was no further comms.
