Ottobahn Farm, Quiet Farm Home on River 15 min from UofA

Relaxing home and entertaining space overlooking the White River. We are 15 min from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, 10 minutes to Stone Chapel, 12 minutes to Sassafras Winery, and 35-40 min to downtown Bentonville. The home was recently renovated. in 2024-25 and has 3 bedrooms each with its own private entrance to the great room and the outside as well as brand new ensuite bath. All of the bedrooms have their own A/C and heating so each guest can choose their level of comfort. The center of the barn contains a large living area perfect for gatherings. The dining portion contains a 20ft table made from the oldest pecan tree in Arkansas and can seat up to 18 people. A glass garage door opens from the great room to enjoy the country air and views and the occasional visit from a chicken, guinea or deer . The gourmet kitchen contains an oversized island with seating and all new appliances including an ice maker, drink fridge, 48" AGA gas range, microwave, drink fridge, and dishwasher. The kitchen has all you need to stay in and cook or enjoy local cuisine at home. The stone patio out back has the best view on property of the white river and the fields. Weather permitting, firewood will be available for use in the outdoor fireplace. Guests have access to the property via a gated drive and are asked to only provide the code to the listed parties on rental. Guests have access to the home only and are asked to not access the owners home and pool down the road nor any other structures on the property. There are walking trail on the property maintained by the owner as well as private access to the White River. Due to the nature of the property and access to the river, renters will be asked to sign a liability waiver. Owners reserve the right to refuse renters if they do not agree. Access to the river from property is strictly restricted to renters listed on agreement. Additionally, no hunting is allowed. Owners will provide fresh eggs per season if available from the farm chickens. A rooster does live on the property so you will hear the occasional crow. The owners have 4 bird dogs who also roam the property and are friendly. Small events and dinners will be considered for additional fees and owners can help coordinate with local chefs, etc if desired.
