Hurry! Time is running out to relax and enjoy the fall and winter season in SW Florida! This unit requires a 30 day minimum stay. An application must be submitted to the home owners association (HOA) for approval, 20 days before occupancy. The application includes a 150.00 fee and 66.00 per person national criminal background and credit check. Both fees refunded by host if approved and you lease.
The property is located in the very popular gated neighborhood of Spanish Wells. It is a 2 bedroom ground floor corner unit condo with attached 1 car garage. Property is near the center of downtown Bonita Springs which offers craft cocktails, breweries, live music and restaurants. You can walk across the street to Dolly's for a piece of cake or a slice of pie. Nearby Lover's Key and Delnor Wiggins state parks offer white sandy beaches, kayaking, paddleboarding, and hiking. The unit has a community pool within walking distance. The onsite golf course (27 holes) is a public course and open to all guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked for those who want to use their culinary skills. There are beach supplies in the storage area and/or garage. While relaxing on the lanai you may see pileated woodpeckers, great blue herons, ibis, river otters, little blue herons, green herons or snowy white egrets. Multi- month discounts available!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Street Parking is not allowed from 11 PM - 6 AM You must enter by the main gate off of Bonita Beach Road. The main gate is the only one staffed 24 hours for visitor passes.
No smoking or vaping allowed
Barbeque must be at least 10 feet from the property. Best area is in the driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
BBQ must be used minimum of 10' from building structure, not in lanai or under entry way.

The condo was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen items to beach chairs. The location was perfect. Very close to markets, restaurants & shops. It was light, bright, comfortable, quiet and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was friendly & very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
