Hermosa casa masiva muy bien ubicada en Miami. Al lado de las autopistas ya 10 minutos de Miami Beach. ¡La casa tiene una gran área de estacionamiento para autos e incluso barcos! La casa ha sido completamente remodelada y el sótano ha sido terminado con otro baño, mesa de ping pong y mesa de póquer. Información importante: Aceptaremos familias serias y personas responsables. No se acepta ruido en la casa después de las 11 pm. Respetamos nuestro vecindario. Podríamos aceptar 12 invitados a pedido.

We had a great stay! Victor was an amazing host. He was very timely with questions. Some things we forgot and Victor had no problem with picking some up for us. We loved Miami. Definitely will stay again.

Miami music week

Overall a nice play to stay with a group a little oasis in little Havana. Needs a few amenities that are minor but host is easy to talk to and get a hold of. Check in was a breeze. Our group was there primarily to go to Ultra music festival and a perfect start point for us only a a few miles away i would recommend staying at this property. Thanks Victor

Just as described!

We enjoyed our stay at Victor's house! There was plenty of room for everyone, it was clean and in a good location. It would be a perfect location for a large family with lots of kids...the ping pong table, pool and playground were all really nice amenities!

Heart of everything

We wish we got baseball tickets since we were so close to the stadium! It was a comfortable house and even had a ping pong table we all competed at :). It was nice in such a big and busy city to have a house with space for us each to have our own room and a driveway for our car. It was just what we were looking for and worked out great.

Great family vacation home

Everything was great, clean & complete with everything we needed for our week long family trip. Lots of beds, bathrooms & space to keep the whole family happy. Extra fridge was nice when we were out back chilling poolside. Neighborhood was walking distance to the ballpark & only a short drive to anywhere in Miami. We would definitely book again.

First time in Miami

I plan to do our first visit to Miami for my son’s 21st birthday. We had an amazing time and the house was perfect exactly everything I needed. The pool needed some cleaning but wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t get in. There was a lot of raccoons trying to get in the house but other than that we had a great First experience.

A secluded place in the big city

The property was very nice. It was centrally located to places and people we wanted to see. It was a kid friendly property with a pool and playground. We had peacocks and peahens visit us on a regular basis during our stay. Victor was responsive and helpful as we dealt with flight changes and arrival departure times from the house.

Okay for rate.

We received the house on a deal. There was miscommunication between the owner and I and we were given the boot earlier than expected. Check in time was pushed back to 5pm. House is still going through renovations. Sand/dirt still on floors. House had a difficult time cooling.

I just didn’t like how he popped up to do lawn work the day of my check in ,plus he showed up at the house during a family party that he allowed us to have and snitched someone’s phn off their car aux cord and threw their iPhone 11 and crushed it , the guy got out his car and knocked Violently attacked Victor which it became out of my control Miami PD Found Victor to be wrong . Other than that everything was perfect I loved the property he had everything you need as far as games he’s very helpful with needing to things to do in Miami I love the back yard kick it I had a leak from the air conditioner from the upstairs bathroom to the basement ceiling but Cc Victor came right over and repaired everything.

Awesome friend vacation getaway!

This place was awesome! The pingpong table, the corn hole and all the other games were such a hit. Only a 15 min ride to Miami Beach. Victor was AWESOME. So communicative. Visited us to make sure if we needed anything. Was a total joy!

Excellent option for your next visit to Miami.

Víctor is truly an extraordinary host. Kind, thoughtful and very communicative and receptive. This spacious house was perfect to accommodate our large group. The property was ready the moment we arrived. This home has so many wonderful amenities which makes it really unique and special. The pool was a lot of fun and the Ping-pong table and all the other games have provided many, many unforgettable hours of entertainment and good times. Everyone in our party loved this house. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Miami.

Great House for a holiday base

We had a great week in this house. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the table tennis table was popular with the teenagers. Lots of space for the eight of us, with plenty of dining space and living room space. Air conditioning was very effective and very welcome. The beds were good and linen all very fresh and clean. Kitchen was fairly well equipped but could have done with a few more mugs as we had to take turns to have hot drinks. Had a great stay and was a great base for visiting South Florida. Thank you!!

Beyond what we expected!!!!!

Victor was amazing!!!!! His hospitality was over the average of the stars that we could give him. The house was well prepared with everything. All we had to provide was food. The rooms are extremely cozy. The house made me and my family feel like we were at home in a whole another state. The neighborhood was nice and i felt safe in the house. We were near everything that you can possibly want to do. Any questions i had to ask he answered them in less than 5 minutes. He informed me anything that he needed he would make sure it was taken care of as far as the house. I would definitely be coming back to this home for another vacation and would recommend this home. His home has to be in the top 5 in that area. Thank you so much victor hope to be seeing you soon again.

Great location and the perfect house to house 12 of us.

The house is well suited for family getaways, we had 10 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space and beds for all of us, in addition to a good amount of room for us to get together wether in the living room or the patio. Would definitely stay again.

I must say I was nervous about the property not looking like it did on the pictures however the pictures does no justice. This house was very nice and extremely spacious it was a ladies trip and 8 ladies there was enough room for everyone with extra beds left and the owner was very prompt, professional and nice. I would consider staying at this property again.

Awesome!

We were 7 adults and stayed at Victor's house for almost a week and had a great time there! The house is really well located to visit Miami and the Everglades. We really also enjoyed spending time in the house: long breakfast and dinner in the garden! And that was also great to have enough space and bathrooms for all of us. If you are a group visiting Miami and the surroundings I really recommend to stay at Victor's place.

I studied finance and I have been in this business for 4 years now. Previously working on a web site similiar to homeaway, but the Spanish version of it and later on renting apartments all over Miami with a local company which gives me the experience and knowledge to take care of my customers in a very professional way.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house is huge and has a lot of charm. Recently renovated with a new basement, and inground heated pool and a perfect backyard. You will not find a vacation rental house this size in Miami for the actual price.
