Experience Gulf Shores like a local in this 2-bedroom condo. The space offers a peaceful atmosphere with 1 king bed and 2 full beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 parking spaces. There is a balcony off the back of the condo. This wonderful condo is located a couple blocks from the Hangout with a Surf style & Island Market directly across the street for your grocery and souvenir needs. Deeded access to the beach. The beach is 385 feet from the condo. Sea and Suds seafood restaurant is directly across the street as well as other restaurants, bars and shops which are walking distance from the condo. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. The complex has 16 condos which makes for a quiet and perfect LOCATION.

There is also an informational sheet from Secure vision which was placed in the living room and master bedroom for our guest.
Checkin time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 11 am; no smoking and no pets allowed in the condo - Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

The condo is modernized and very clean. Everything was as expected. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Comfortable beds. Joanne was prompt to respond and took care of us. I would recommend and stay again.

Why they chose this property

This area is extremely quiet with the convenience of restaurants and shopping walking distance to the condo. There is a Surf style directly across from the condo which offers food items, ice and souvenirs. The beach is only 385 feet from the condo. The complex only has 16 condos which makes a peaceful atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect if you don't want to drive anywhere. There are restaurants and souvenir shops walking distance. However if you want to drive to Florabama that is only a 10 minute drive. There are 2 parking spaces is on the side of the building. It is a couple of blocks from the Hangout which has live music, food and entertainment.
