Extend your play into the nigh with a fully light backyard to include the basketball court, all lighting is automatic duck to dawn. Inside you will find darts and a pool table in the bar room that has large windows overlooking the beautiful back yard paradise. Inside you will also find a Florida room with lots of board games for the kids and adults, a fully equipped kitchen and living room, Home has 7 smart tvs inside and 1 poolside at the tiki bar. Front yard has 2 driveways allowing for plenty of parking and dusk to dawn landscape lighting. 3blocks from shopping and restaurants and 1 mile from the gulf and sound. Have your groceries delivered upon arrival with the local grocery stores (publix and walmart) delivery service via insta cart or walmart delivery.

Please shower and change swim suits after any beach/sound visits. No swim suits, towels or water toys allowed in pool after the beach, sound or river.
