Spacious Beachside Condo in Cocoa Beach, Florida! 125 Feet to Beach!

Welcome to our spacious one bedroom beachside condo in Cocoa Beach, Florida! Our front door is only 40 yards/meters from the beach, including private beach access. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and year-round swimmable ocean temperatures. This is our family’s rental property and we take great pride in its convenience, cleanliness, affordability, and family-friendly atmosphere.

Our fully-furnished first-floor condo is over 700 square feet and includes a bedroom with two full-size beds, a smart TV, and a closet. The living room includes a 58” wide screen smart TV and a pull-out queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and all the basic amenities. The full bathroom includes towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beach towels are also provided. The condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi, complimentary streaming services (Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and others) and cable television including local channels. You will be provided with one reserved parking spot (no need to park in the City’s paid parking spaces!).

The complex’s amenities also include propane barbecue grills, outdoor patio seating, and a shower to rinse off the sand and saltwater after a relaxing trip to the beach. Coin-operated laundry is located onsite. Please refer to the photos. Our condo faces north while the beach is to the east, so the view from the windows is not oceanfront.

We’re located close to Port Canaveral, the Kennedy Space Center, the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Patrick Space Force Base. Disney World and downtown Orlando are an hour away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is only 50 minutes away.

Our family lives locally and we’re happy to assist with anything needed during your visit. We have the inside scoop on local happenings and rocket launch schedules. Rocket launches occur about every three days (on average, and weather dependent). If you stay for a week or longer, you’re almost guaranteed to see a launch.

Occupancy of this unit is strictly limited for four (4) people. This complex caters to families and retirees. You’re absolutely welcome to enjoy some margaritas and mojitos but parties and social gatherings are not allowed. No smoking or vaping in the unit. No pets allowed.

DISCLOSURE #1: Our condo faces north while the beach is to the east, so the view from the windows is not oceanfront. You’re very very close to the beach but the windows aren’t facing the ocean. The view/property to the north of our condo is under construction as they build the new luxurious Westin Cocoa Beach Resort and Spa. While this will be a great asset to the community long-term, there may be some construction noise during your stay. We’d like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience! The walls on the new resort are up so the construction noise generally isn’t too bad at this point, but the work is ongoing.

DISCLOSURE #2: We’ll keep it real...this isn’t the Ritz. It’s clean, comfortable and convenient, and very reasonably priced relative to other rentals in the area. You can’t beat the location. But, it’s a basic one bedroom condo with an older kitchen. Nothing more, nothing less. When it’s not rented out, our family uses it so we expect it to be in a condition acceptable to our own family.
