Nous vous invitons Ă  sĂ©journer dans notre Getaway Home avec sa vue imprenable sur la forĂȘt tropicale. IdĂ©al pour les familles et les groupes qui souhaitent profiter des superbes plages et des aventures passionnantes de Porto Rico, tout en se livrant Ă  une retraite paisible!

Il est situé dans une communauté de quartier fermée et sécurisée, connue sous le nom de Hacienda Margarita.

La maison est parfaitement située des grandes attractions aventureuses: à quelques minutes en voiture de belles plages, aventures en quad / quad, karting, catamaran et excursions en bateau, plongée en apnée, Fajardo Ferry, équitation, kayak de bioluminescence, parcours de golf et bien plus encore !

La maison est à moins de 5-10 minutes en voiture de 2 supermarchés, Wal-Mart, cinéma, d'excellents restaurants, des fast-foods et les fameux "Kioskos" de Luquillo!

La maison a été fournie avec des serviettes de plage, des chaises, des parasols et des glaciÚres! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un bon moment!

La maison est située à 45 minutes de l'aéroport SJU et à 1 heure du vieux San Juan.

Our stay was wonderful! Waking up to the beautiful view every morning made the trip so special, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, which made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the start. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d love to come back.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and location . Close to the highway and easy to find . Close to shopping, beaches and excursions.We did have a little hiccup, host was very fast to respond! Would highly recommend for large families.

Amazing home in great location!

We had 2 families of 5 stay in this fabulous home. There was plenty of room and we thoroughly enjoyed the rainforest view and beautiful terrace! The house is in a great location close to both Luquillo and Fajardo. The owner was very responsive with any needs/ questions and made check in/ out very easy. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

Great location in Luquillo

Beautiful house with an exceptional patio. Very comfortable for a large group. Host was super responsive about some of the issues we ran into during our stay. Overall, a great place that I highly recommend if you want to enjoy Puerto Rico without the San Juan crowds and prices.

The place was fabulous and fit our family perfectly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a large family. The scenery was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and they literally had everything we could ask for. Thank you again for hosting our stay!!!!

Wonderful experience, highly recommended!

This property has a beautiful view, many great areas for hanging out, plenty of space, and everything you need for a stay in PR! The owner communicated instructions very clearly and was always pleasant to message with. If you want a good getaway spot, this deserves your considerations!One note: this neighborhood has some of the steepest speed bumps I’ve ever seen. If you are getting a rental car, I’d recommend something that sits up high!

Great stay

House was clean and large! The back desk is awesome providing a lovely view of the mountains behind the home. ACs in all bedrooms really helped up sleep (also AC on the main floor). The host was quite helpful, answering questions quickly and providing us a new pan when we requested one.

Beautiful

Property was wonderful with an absolutely stunning view from the back patio. Host was very responsive and fixed an air conditioning issue for us very quickly. We also organized a private chef for dinner one night (chef Mari Blanca) and it was excellent. Would recommend!

Exquisite Home with Amazing Views

We had the most wonderful family reunion at this beautiful home in Luquillo overlooking the rainforest. The views were breathtaking from morning until night. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the amazing balcony, which has 2 hot tubs, a grill, a bar and lounging furniture. It is in a safe gated community with a pool and allows for piece of mind when out and about. The near by beaches are beautiful and the rainforest allows for hikes and swimming holes which we really enjoyed. We hated to leave and I wish we were still there. We would definitely stay there again when returning to Luquillo. Jose was responsive prior to check in and at check out, with the few questions we had. Don't miss out on this amazing place!

Great for our needs

We were a party of 10 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The view from the large verandah is really lovely - it overlooks a beautiful tropical forest and the night sounds were wonderful. Count on a few minutes to get out of the estate (there are a few efficient speed bumps) but it's very convenient to all sorts of activities.

Terrific!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Great access to many fun activities in the local area. We did not understand that the pool is a neighborhood resource. Not a problem, just something to be clear on that the pool is not at the house. Highly reccomend.

Thanksgiving in Liquillo

This area is very humid so the AC at night was needed and worked in all but one bedroom. The bedroom with the AC issue was reported nut not repaired during our visit so it is still an outstanding issue at this juncture. The rear patio was wonderful and highly utilized - it had a great view of the rain forest and a wide variety of birds passed by regularly.

Great location and incredible views!

Our multi generational family stayed in this house for 3 nights and our experience was fantastic! Beautiful views, the covered patio is so great during the daily rains - we basically lived out there when we weren’t sleeping. The property has AC in all 5 bedrooms and main floor. The upstairs TV area does not have AC but there are lots of windows and fans available, but if you are like us, nobody was watching any TV, we’d rather be outside on the patio or in the hot tub. Wi-Fi worked great. The home is fully stocked, kitchens, baths, laundry etc
 owner/manager was very responsive by text when one of the bedroom AC quit working, he found us an immediate resolution. The property is located very close to several public beaches, el yunque National park, shops/restaurants etc
 but then is beautifully quiet in the evenings. Lots of nature around (lizards), a few inside and lots outside. Never a problem, they are just present all over in PR. Would absolutely rent here again!! I hope your family enjoys their time in PR as much as we did.

Couple of hiccups but nice overall

We stayed here during April vacation 2024, two families, 10 people total. The house did the trick for us but we did have a few issues. The common area upstairs does not have air conditioning, and it gets hot, so we did not spend any time here. Because of this, we actually watched a hockey game in one of the bedrooms. There were tons of mosquitos in the house, especially in the bathrooms; we sprayed bug repellant to keep them at bay. The two hot tubs were nice and the view from the balcony is amazing! The night just lights up with noise from the frogs and insects. I enjoyed it, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Getting in and out of the neighborhood was easy, and the location is right off the highway, so you can get to many area attractions quickly. The kitchen could use some updating but we were still able to prepare several meals here which helped save a bit of money on food. Overall it is a nice place with a few things that need some attention.

We were a family of 9, ages 64-1, celebrating a big anniversary. This was the perfect house for us to all be together and have space to spread out. While not a "mansion" by some definitions, it is big! The best part is the huge covered veranda overlooking the rainforest, and with a beautiful view of El Yunque. We ate most meals on the veranda. The 6 and 1 year olds loved playing out there. A good beach is a 10 minute drive away. It has small waves so the kids played safely. The sunset and view of El Yunque from the beach are beautiful. The house has beach towels, chairs, and sand toys. A/C worked great. The lower yard is beautiful for a gathering. We all enjoyed the hot tubs, which were clean. The main gathering room is upstairs, kind of away from the action of the kitchen and veranda, which meant we barely used it. A TV on the lower level would make sense but that was okay. Jose was quick to respond to all inquiries about the property and helped us land an in-house chef for our first night, which was so fun! We would return to this house again!

30th Birthday Getaway

Pictures do no justice for this beautiful casita . Spectacular views . 10 / 10 I recommend ! Stayed here and enjoyed my 30th birthday with my family . Spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable & have privacy . Amazing casita in a safe gated community. I would love to book this casita again in the near future , no question.

2022 Puerto Rico Family Vacation

For our PR family vacation, we were looking for lodging that would accommodate a large group. When we found this home at the Haciendas Margarita, it was just the perfect place for a huge group. Everyone had their own private bedroom, enough space inside and outside of the house and the community is safe, clean and beautiful. We had minimal setbacks, but the property owner was immediately response and resolved issues quickly, responsibly, respectfully and professionally. The home is beautiful and there is a lower level area which is very modern that we were given access to that was really up to date in design, interior decorating and appliances—would suggest a modern sleek style for the larger part of the home as well. Besides this, we as a group highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large property in a clean and safe community. Thanks Jose and continued blessings to you!

Absolutely Stunning Property

This house was 1000% accurate to the photos posted on this listing and the property was BREATHTAKING. The location was very central to everything we had planned excursion wise with lots of AMAZING local food options close by. The house was very spacious and was fully furnished with appliances to cook, clean, and do laundry, AND grill out on the patio. Beautiful gated community with a huge pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and very kind/friendly security staff. I can't stress enough the backyard views. The host was very generous in providing a pack n play for our 2-year-old which was so amazing to not have to pack and travel with on our end. The house was also equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and towels which I thought was very cool. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay when we had questions. HIGHLY recommend this property and can't wait to go back.
