Unit 314 is 1090 sq. ft., 3rd floor walk-up vacation condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations and the condo has a washer/dryer, 2 TVs, DVD, free wi-fi. Sleeps 4.
1-month minimum rental. NOTE: Application to be submitted 5-10 days prior to arrival. Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the end of the month during peak season Dec - April. Call for help with special requests.
