Le Windjammer situé face à l'océan sur la 46ème rue, offre cette merveilleuse atmosphère rétro Ocean City. Cette unité de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain peut accueillir une famille de 6 personnes. Fournir le cadre idéal pour une visite mémorable à Ocean City, Maryland. Une destination de vacances en famille unique, chaque unité est détenue et décorée individuellement offrant aux clients une sensation unique et un séjour confortable, avec accès direct à la plage et vue sur l'océan. Profitez d'un patio de sable privé unique, pour griller, pique-niquer et jouer, une connexion Wi-Fi, téléviseurs à écran plat, et sur place check-in et check-out. Nos condos sont stockés et prêts pour vous avec des serviettes, des draps, des ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles. Ne laissez pas passer la chance de rester chez vous loin de la maison à la plage! Cette unité permet jusqu'à 2 chiens, limite de 50 lb pour un animal de compagnie ou limite combinée de 70 lb pour deux animaux de compagnie. Il y a 25 $ de plus. 00 par jour animaux de compagnie. Bien que les animaux domestiques sont autorisés toute la saison, absolument pas d'animaux de compagnie sur la cour du patio de sable privé. Il y a une zone réservée aux animaux de compagnie avec des sacs de déchets, à quelques minutes à pied.

Perfect for a few days on the beach

This little gem was inexpensive, clean, quiet and was a very short walk to the beach. A good place to stay if you want a no-frills spot right on the beach. We usually pay for a larger spot but tried this out and it was spot on.

Not what I thought

The pictures definitely make it look more spacious and bright than it actually is. Listing it as an ocean view is technically correct as a small sliver of the water can be seen over the dune. From the listing, we thought there was a private outside sitting area but there is not. That along with no significant ocean view were huge drawbacks for us. The inside definitely needs an upgrade. The air conditioners really need cleaning. The building itself is well maintained and cleaned. The outside patio area would be a benefit for those traveling with small children. It was too close to too many people for us.

Cleanliness/Outdated but Overall Good

Overall our experience was good. The condo was not as clean as expected by looking at the photos. The carpet and bathrooms could have used a better cleaning. The second bathroom in one of the bedrooms didn’t have enough space to open the bathroom door all the way. With that being said, the location was perfect, staff were great, and there were many items supplied to us as in kitchenware, linens, toiletries to get started and paper towels. Thank you.

Small but has everything

Tucked behind the dunes, this traditional condo held 6 adults with no problem. Property management was friendly and attentive.

Bad communication

The two units next to us were under renovation. We were in the middle of a construction site. Work began at 8am sharp. Not to mention the cigarette smoking and phone conversations of the gentleman working there. It was not good, and we will not go back. Only because it was not good customer service, the location was great.

I am so sorry that you experienced this during your stay. Unfortunately this the time of year that owners are getting their properties ready for the season. Many properties have recently sold and the new owners are making improvements. Owners do not typically tell us when renovations are going on. Again we are very sorry that you experienced this, I sure you expected peace and quiet on your vacation and that is what we wish for you also.

Birthday trip

I stayed with my friends for 3 nights. Since it was raining, we had to stay inside most of the trip. One of our rooms smell like smoke. We tried to spray some febreeze, but it did not work for too long. Also pictures make its looks like the place is big. However, the living room/kitchen is too small for 5 adults. The rooms advertised with queen size beds, but the beds are twin size. It was too small for 2 adults. The room with 2 single beds was advertised as twin size beds, but they were very small. Also, if you want to grill on patio, you will need to buy charcoal.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the vacation. The atmosphere is definitely inviting and all the neighbors there were friendly. It was definitely kid friendly and pet friendly. We especially loved the location to the beach. The one thing that was a con, is the beds! They are somehow, not comfortable and get almost like a water bed but they are not. That would be the only thing I would like to have changed. And also, the lack of pillows too but we did go out and buy a few. But overall the place was great for us. We cooked our food since a lot of places closed earlier due to Covid-19. It was great!!

Good location not good quality.

To call this property ‘ocean view’ or ocean front is not accurate...one floor up, perhaps so. The cleaning fee is extravagant considering that other than the bathrooms, it was NOT clean. We had occasion to look under the beds, the couch and the refrigerator—very gross! We had to ask for toilet paper, a light bulb and had to keep the windows open with the AC running the entire time to keep the musty smell to a minimum. It’s required that all trash be removed but they do not recycle. While it is pet friendly, we could not walk the dog on the property. The positive side is that the management was very friendly and cooperated with our requests.

Noisy Stay

The tenants above were so loud overhead we could hear there drunken parties and fights; and furniture moving, until 3:30 a.m. The office told them to keep noise down after 10 p.m. which they did for one night only. One night there were about 10 young people gathered in the courtyard cheering others on to jump off the second floor balcony-which they did!! Might want to rethink the minimum age for renting units.

Great Location & Extremely Pet Friendly

We loved the access to the beach and this was such a pet friendly location for the off season. Ocean City’s Municipal rules limit pet access to the beach after May 1 but the Windjamner was a great place for your furry friends to accompany you in your travels.

Unit was dated

We have a wonderful weekend despite the problems with unit. One AC was not working properly, management was helpful in getting us a fan to help get air in that room. The furniture is in need of replacement one chair was broken and had a pillow stuffed in it to help in the possibility someone sat in it. We had a repair to a wall in one unit and the owner didn’t know it was rented and wanted to come in to see...we had our fur babies and one had in anxiety so we had to stress they needed to wait until we checked out. We were in there for an extended weekend. We finished up with the sliding door not locking. Maintenance man had to pressured to fix it. The management woman was very helpful but as for maintenance not so much. No one wants to stay in a place that the door does not lock.. security cameras or not. As for location it was awesome and the fact we could bring our fur babies was another win. Just hope the owner updates this unit a bit for the next renters.
