The space
Wide and comfortable spaces:

The villa is designed to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in its 3 spacious rooms, all equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay:

1. First Room (Ground Floor): 2 queen beds, enjoy direct access to the pool and an indoor shower with transparent glass ceiling so you feel like you are enjoying a bathroom outside. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow natural light to flood the space.

2. Second Room (Segundo Piso): Equipped with two queen size beds like staterooms with two twin beds, balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, glass doors from floor to ceiling and private bathroom equipped with everything you will need.

3. Third Room (Segundo Piso): Equipped with two Queen beds, closet and spacious bathroom equipped with what you need, it offers a balcony with stunning views.

Common areas:
The villa has a living area with high and illuminated ceilings, with sliding glass doors that seamlessly integrate the interior with the exterior.
• Roofed Terrace: Outdoor dining for 8 people, resting area, and fully equipped gas BBQ.
• Private Garden: Large green space with swimming pool, hot jacuzzi, and outdoor full bathroom, the space is delimited by plants that give you privacy. Basketball board on the patio.
• Living Room: Sound bar, Smart TV with Netflix and HBO, and a mini bar for you to indulge in your drinks.

Fully Equipped Cold and Hot Kitchen
The cold kitchen is integrated with the living room; equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, Airfryer, 6-burner stove, coffee maker, hot water drip, kettle, all necessary kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and more.

• Playa Palmar de Ocoa and the nearby village of Sabana Buey.
Important details
• Rules: No pets, smoking inside the house, or hanging clothes outside except in designated areas.
• Mrs. Herminia will sleep in the service room that the property has and will be available for assistance during your stay. She is an excellent cook so you can coordinate your meals with her and she will be there to prepare everything you want. Also, any mishap or question of how to start teams she is the person indicated to assist you.

Suggestions:

• Recommendations of items to take: shampoo, repellent, and personal items.
• At Sabana Buey they can stock up on food products and personal hygiene products.

If you like to coordinate water activities like Jetski and Banana Boat among others you can request a quote. These attractions are 20 minutes from the property in Salinas. If you rent for the entire month of October you get 10% off water activities.

When booking, we'll ask you for the following information needed to manage your access to the residential complex:

ID picture or Passport

Vehicle license plate (or transportation information)

Email to send check-in mail that you must show in the residential area.

Check-In Form (not required)

In order to access the complex or property, we need you to send us all this information 1 day before the reservation, otherwise access to the project may be difficult since the staff of this project only works during working hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.
Other things to note
Important Detail:

The items left on our properties will be removed and we are not responsible for loss or damage. We will help manage the shipping but if you have to move long distance as we ask for compensation and we will only keep the item for a month.
