Bobby’s place is in the perfect location — easy walking distance to the Boardwalk and the Stone Pony in one direction and then downtown restaurants & shopping in another. Lots of outdoor spaces and a large master suite upstairs. If you are there during the summer, it even comes with beach passes!

Perfect location…4-5 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Central air units working great.Outdoor Grill and blackstone griddle was very nice…definitely saving money on going out for food.

Bob's place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with basically every necessity you would want! Check-in communication was timely and simple. The location is close to just about everything Asbury Park has to offer. We're looking forward to returning!

Great place! Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Lots of great restaurants in the area or on the boardwalk. Bobby made our visit easy; along with great communication! Really appreciated having beach passes provided, quiet house, and driveway parking. We had a great time!

If you are thinking about booking this property don’t hesitate. It’s close to nightlife, boardwalk, & beach. It’s located in a great neighborhood too. The host is wonderful. He was always ready to answer any questions. The home itself is clean and has everything you need. Book it!

Nice place, comfortable beds, master bedroom upstairs, stairs. Does it have a lot of cooking pots and pans if you're just here for a nice place close to the beach and don't really cook great place. Although I asked the host for a few cooking things and it was here immediately great host. We would extend our stay here if it was available. We will definitely reuse this host again.
