Home offers boat lift of up to 12klbs. Home is located about 1 min away from the famous Navagator bar and restaurant with a boat ramp open to the public. Stores and other restaurants are 9-15 mins away. Peace River is known for fishing, boating, jet skiing, sand barring, and more. Rent a boat or bring your own. You can fish from a boat or fish in the back yard.

Beautiful home and great location. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets around the property. I only gave 4 stars because the beds were not as listed, but we made it work for our short stay. We also had to do a little cleaning when we arrived, but overall loved our stay here.

The Host was very available and quick to respond. The condo was spacious and beautiful. The upper deck good for star viewing at night. Location very quiet and tucked away. Amazing kitchen layout. Tv at night very elevated experience with the oversized flat screen!Sunrises out back over the water were the highlight.

Beautiful home and property. The boat lift was not available but they had a covered area behind the fence that our boat fit under perfect and was a good solution for us. Very comfortable stay, plenty of room for our family. Excellent.
