This newly remodeled home offers our guests a blend of modern Western aesthetics and thoughtful amenities...perfect for couples, families, friends, or remote workers seeking comfort, convenience, and fun all year around.

The home features three bedrooms, all with queen beds, and two bathrooms with heated floors for added comfort. The two downstairs bedrooms include open closets with easy access to a shared downstairs bathroom, while the upstairs Primary Suite, though without a door, provides a private retreat with an en suite bathroom.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up light meals with the high end appliances, and the inviting living room features a plush sofa, a smart TV with Netflix (on house account) and access to other streaming services, and a cozy electric fireplace to warm up after a day of adventures.

Outside, enjoy the fully fenced in backyard (for those planning on bringing your fur baby), large patio with plenty of seating, Traeger Smoker and Weber Grill, dining table for 6, 2 loungers, bag set (or Cornhole...whichever you prefer to call it ;)) and a brand-new hot tub...perfect for unwinding under the stars. A Couple of things to note:

-We want all of our guests to relax and have fun...but also ask you please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise levels reasonable :)

-Dogs are most welcome for an additional fee. Fee varies based on size and breed of your fur baby, so please let me know when booking if you plan to bring your pup!

-Please, no smoking anywhere on the property (both inside the house and the backyard). If there are sights (cig butts) or smells of cigarettes or cigars upon checkout, we will assess an additional cleaning fee as the smell is very difficult to get out.

-The Hastings House is conveniently located in the heart of Bend, just a short walk in either direction to all Bend has to offer. Its central location also means easy access to the nearby Parkway (45 MPH) and close proximity to the railroad tracks (no crossing nearby). While you may occasionally hear passing trains or light traffic while in the backyard, the house has been freshly remodeled with high-quality insulation to enhance comfort and eliminate noise, providing a cozy and relaxing retreat after your Bend adventures.
