Spacious and updated custom built single-family home, 2866 square feet, peaceful golf course views on the 6th fairway on the Royal Palm Golf Course, quiet cul de sac, golf memberships available in area , just north of Marco Island, quick drive to beaches, downtown/ 5th Avenue, and Physician’s Regional Hospital, 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths with den (that could be a 4th bedroom), screened-in pool and spa in a spacious lanai, outdoor jenn-air, two-car garage, kitchen and bathrooms with granite counters, wet bar, large garden tub in master bath, dual sinks in both baths, utility room with washer/ dryer, walk-in pantry, cable TV, internet, volume ceilings throughout, living room and open kitchen/ family room, large tile on the diagonal, wood floors, plantation shutters for privacy, available with king bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom, two twin beds in third bedroom, and daybed in den.

Most recent tenant reviewed the house as...... 'Very nice as advertised. We were looking for a rental that had an up-scale feel, be comfortable and spacious, as well as feel like home. This home met those desires. The home was very recently renovated so everything was fresh for us. That was a pleasant surprise. There were also extra personal touches that helped make the experience memorable. The owner was very nice and responsive to any minor troubles we had. She also provided access to her cleaning service which was a plus. We are golfers so we wanted to be on a golf course we could use. The house is located on the Royal Palms CC course at the approach to number 6 green, on the right. We often sat by the pool and watched golfers go by. Many commented that 'our' house was the prettiest on the course. We agree. We never met anyone 'from' Naples, so you can't be out of place here. Everyone was friendly and wanted to share stories of getting out of the cold. Royal Palms offered a discount golf package that was a good value. Tee times in early January were available, but became harder to get the best tee times as we approached February, even during the week. The Royal Palms turned out to be my favorite course of the 7 we tried. Our biggest disappointment was that only full members were allowed to walk the course. There are 5 good courses open to the public within 3 miles.'

I have been a Naples Florida resident since 1974, and raised my two children in the local schools. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, I own a local real estate company, GUARDIAN REALTY INC., and maintain dual residence in Naples and Miami Beach. I have also worked for the school district as a translator and office administrator for the Exceptional Student Education Department. I love Naples and wanted to open my home as a vacation spot for families needing some extra space, and a sense of comfort on their Florida vacation.

Wonderfull vacation in a wonderfull house

We spent our Christmas holidays 2016-2017 in this beautiful house located near by my parents in law. It was a family reunion to spend precious time all together. We were 5 adults and 2 childrens (14 years old and a baby 16 months old) and everyone was very comfortable. This house is spacious and very clean. Adella (the owner) even decorated the house before our arrival to put a Christmas touch. It was appreciated! The fact that the house doesn't have stairs was also an asset for us because it's easier with a small child. It could also be an advantage with someone with disabilities. The owner wants to make sure you have a great time in her house. When I mentionned her that my baby was with us, she immediately told me that she had a baby playpen and a high chair for us. We were very pleased with that. The bedrooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable. The lanai is large, comfortable and we spent most of the time there when we were at home: eating, watching TV, reading... We ate outside in the lanai every day to enjoy every minute of the nice weather we had. The view is great because the golf course is just near by the pool. Speaking of the pool, we used it everyday. The water was warm because usually, I don't swim that much! We also relaxed in the jacuzzi which is attached to the pool. Going to the Naples beach took us 15-20 minutes. We also liked the restaurants in Mercato. In short, we had a great time with the family and we will keep some nice memories as well. We would strongly recommend this rental house to any potential Naples guests.

I am a retired General Motors Executive and my wife and I are both Michigan natives.

We have rented a place in the greater Naples/Marco Island area for the past 15 winters and, therefore, are very familiar with the numerous homes and condominiums available in this beautiful section of southern Florida. We just finished spending a month at this home at 201 Muirfield in Lely Estates. This house is very spacious, extremely well laid out, tastefully decorated with an abundance of quality, comfortable furniture, and its location is effectively centralized so that you are just a few short minutes to Inter-state 75, Marco Island, the Isle of Capri and elegant downtown Naples, just to mention a few of our favorite spots! The bedrooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable. Both bathrooms are large and efficient, especially the master bath. The lanai is beautiful, roomy and efficiently laid out, including the pool/Jacuzzi and TV, not to mention the electric grill and refrigerator/freezer (we spent many hours in this area)!! This house sits on the 6th fairway of the private, manicured Royal Palm Golf Course and we found it interesting and somewhat entertaining to watch the many golfers go by. In summary, this was the very best winter vacation we have experienced in Florida and part of the reason was the way the owner worked with us and responded when we interacted with her. She was congenial, genuinely helpful and it was obvious that she wanted us to enjoy her home!! My wife and I would strongly recommend this rental house to any potential Naples guests.

Great Place to Stay

Great House. We had a relaxing couple of weeks here in October. Good situation. In a quiet area but short drive to anywhere in Naples. Would look to stay here again next time we are the Naples area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the one-month stay at this home. The home was well maintained and the view from the lanai of the golf course was special. It was relaxing stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We experienced a problem with the WIFI and the owner was quick to have the problem resolved. My wife and I made good use of the bicycles and loved walking everyday. I was fortunate enough to join Royal Palms CC for one month e.g. 10 rounds of golf.. The only reason not giving five stars is that the home is a little dated and the pool's solar heating wasn't efficient enough to swim in for February. Overall, I would recommend this home for a winter rental.
