Welcome to 330 South Peak, a newly built, designer-furnished mountain home crafted for gathering in style and comfort. Spread across three levels, the main floor greets you with soaring ceilings, a wall of windows, and a cozy fireplace anchoring the open great room. The chef’s kitchen features quartzite counters, high-end appliances, and seating for the whole crew—perfect for leisurely breakfasts before first chair and shared dinners after a day on the mountain.

Five bedrooms and four and one half baths make it easy for multiple families or larger groups to settle in. Three king suites—one on each level—offer private retreats, while two flexible bunk rooms keep everyone close but comfortable. Downstairs, the lower-level lounge is made for movie nights and game time, with even more sleeping flexibility thanks to two built-in twin beds. A slider door opens directly to the patio, fire pit, and private hot tub beneath the stars.

Our group of friends had a great time at Greg’s place. It was beautiful, there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably, and super easy access to the Timbertown lift and shuttles. The house was extremely clean and they provided everything and more you might need. Greg was also extremely responsive before and during our stay - answering questions within minutes. We hope to stay here again next year!

It was a chilly weekend at Loon Mountain - so we really liked having the comfortable property to relax in on Sunday. Some of us that chose not to ski enjoyed the river walk path and walked to the shopping area. It was a nice fresh air break.

Greg was very easy to work with and responded to all communication very promptly. The house itself was immaculate - perfectly clean and beautifully furnished. We stayed with another family and had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the lower level - the arcade games and pool table were a big hit. The shuttle to Loon was so convenient and the driver was super nice. We will definitely be returning in the future!
