Our home is a new build luxury 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the Owl’s Nest Resort. It is perfect for a large family or for two families to vacation together. The house is only minutes off 93, conveniently located between Lincoln/Loon and Waterville Valley. There is so much to do in the area! In winter you'll have access to premier NH skiing and other snow activities and many nearby resorts. In spring, summer, and fall relax on the screened porch, or go grab dinner and drinks on the club’s outdoor patio and watch the sun set over the mountains. There are lots of nearby hikes and biking trails, tubing, kayaking or canoeing on the Pemi River is 3 mins away, and there is so much for kids and adults in nearby Lincoln, North Woodstock and Waterville Valley! Resort offers NH’s only Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, year-round paddle tennis courts and a brand new year round outdoor pool and hot tub, and 10 acre lake with pedal boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and winter skating!
