Clearview Villas ofrece dos unidades separadas. El piso de arriba, que cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 2 baños (disponible a través de VRBO), tiene capacidad para 8. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cama king size y baño en suite, 2 dormitorios con camas queen size y una habitación grande con 2 camas individuales (convertibles a un rey). Estos 3 habitaciones comparten un baño completo situado en el pasillo. Todas las habitaciones están decoradas con tonos vivos y están equipadas con ventiladores de gran alcance. Además de las habitaciones, esta unidad 3000 sq. Ft. Dispone de un amplio plan de piso abierto perfecto para el entretenimiento. Relájese y disfrute de las maravillosas vistas desde el salón / comedor y sentir la brisa celestial que fluye a través de las ventanas !! La cocina está equipada generosamente para el turista que le gusta entretener en casa, sin embargo, la isla también ofrece algunos exquisitos restaurantes para aquellos que desean salir a cenar!

La unidad de la planta baja es un poco más pequeña con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, con capacidad para 6. El dormitorio principal como el de arriba, tiene una cama king size y baño en suite. También hay una cama de día / cama nido en el maestro que sería perfecto para familias o amigos que viajan juntos y necesitan el espacio adicional para dormir. Además de esto, hay otro dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio y otro baño completo en el lado mar de la casa ... la cocina / comedor / sala de estar de la planta baja es acogedor, informal, y cómodamente decoradas.

Very clean , spacious property, great view. Reuben was always very responsive to any questions, and the property manager Geenelle was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would love to stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful

Location is great, close to amazing pizza and best croissants EVER. View is of course perfect, snorkeling off the rocks was good just be careful as the rocks are sharp!! Of course be mindful of sea urchins as well. Driveway is quite steep so be prepared lol. Only downsides and I do mean the only ones are super firm pillows ( maybe pack your own ?) and the hall bathrooms smells musty so we opted to not use it. The staff was very helpful and our trip was perfection we can’t wait to Come back! ( we were on the second floor of the villa)

Island Harbour beautiful views

The location was great. We love Island Harbour. It was close to our favorite beach and to many really good restaurants. We had plenty of room and a wonderful view of the ocean. I would love to stay here again, and we are already planning to return to Anguilla next year (2023),

Above and beyond

Let me first just say that I never would’ve made it to Anguila without the help of Geenelle at Tranquil Management which runs the Clearview Villa and helped expedite my dog permit and my Covid entry forms as I had unwisely decided to visit in Anguilla from St barth at the last minute which in this environment is not a good idea. Then once I got there she was available at all times to help smooth my stay and was extremely responsive. The views are spectacular and staying here gives you a chance to explore the less touristy east side of the island which you would never really get to if you stayed on the more developed west side of the island . I enjoyed my daily drives of half an hour each way to get to the west side of the island seeing the various churches( so many churches got such a small island!) food stands , and just the general lifestyle of the very friendly people of Anguilla

Wonderful stay on Anguilla at Clearview Villa!

We were a group of 8 and had a blast! The house is as shown on Vrbo. It is clean and there is plenty of space for the 8 of us with a wonderful view! It is also located in the best area for beaches!!! Love, love, loved it!!

Wonderful stay at beautiful, private Clearview Villas

What a pleasure to stay at Clearview Villas. We planned this trip to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. Three generations of our family were there. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Reuben's communication and professionalism were exceptional. He helped us meet the unique challenges of traveling during a pandemic, updating me regularly as entry rules to Anguilla changed. Property manager Genelle helped with so many details -- from helping us reserve our charter from St. Martin, to getting us groceries on arrival, to arranging our rental cars, to scheduling our COVID tests for reentry to the United States, and even printing our travel documents for the trip home. The villa itself is wonderful and very private. We loved being on the rocky northeast coastline with the fresh breezes that come from the Atlantic and the spectacular views the villa's situation afforded. We had coffee every morning by the water and breakfasts on the beautiful patio. We loved the comfortable, tasteful furnishings. The villa is bright and welcoming and the kitchen was well-equipped with appliances and cookware. Highly recommended.

View of the ocean from the back deck was amazing.

The property and the location was everything we had hoped for. The veiw over looking the ocean was great. Would have been a great spot to snorkel had the ocean not been so rough.

Beautiful time w family

The villa is gorgeous. We had everything we needed to go to the beach or hang out at the house. There were beach towels and snorkeling equipment even a beach bag to carry it all in. My family truly enjoyed our time here. Reuben and his property manager were very helpful with everything. My son became ill when we first got there. Geenelle got us to the hospital and stayed with me the whole time. I am so grateful for her help. She truly send above and beyond ! Thank you again and I will recommend you to everyone who want to have a beautiful beach vacation 😊

The villa is in an ideal location at the water. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. Tryon does a fabulous job cleaning and maintaining the house. The management people were most helpful an immediately responsive to any situations that arose.

Perfect island getaway

The staff met us at the property and were immediately so kind and accommodating. The villa was very spacious! 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an outside shower and spicket to rinse beach water and sand. Large living and dining space. We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers in the house and it was great! The kitchen was large and filled with amenities to create meals on our own. They provided all towels, bedding, and even beach equipment. Chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. The upstairs villa was great because you had excellent breezes and views.i highly recommend that choice. We rented a car, a must when visiting anguilla. This allowed us to explore multiple beaches, restaurants, and stores. The villa had good wifi and TV with satellite service. I would stay here again for sure! Thank you!

Great stay at Clearview Villa

We just returned from 5 days at Clearview villa. There were 7 of us (adults) in the upper villa and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, with ductless (not noisy window units) ACs in each bedroom, and a fantastic large deck overlooking the ocean which was a great spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. Each room also had its own little safe, a nice touch but not one that is necessary on Anguilla, as far as I can tell. The living room and kitchen areas were spacious and never felt crowded for the 7 of us. The Island Harbor location is also great, close to Shoal Bay beach and to several great restaurants (Artisan, Hibernia, The Pit Stop). Mind you, everything is "close" on Anguilla, within a 30 minute drive, tops. I have to give special mention to the property manager Geenelle who went above and beyond the call of duty to secure a charter ferry for us in the last minute for my son whose flight was delayed and as a result was likely to miss the last public ferry from Marigot at 7 PM. She took it upon herself to make sure that he would be able to join us upon his arrival and she came through for us. Thank you Geenelle!! All in all, a great experience staying at Clearview Villas.

Stunningly beautiful setting

A group of 5 women friends (we’ve traveled together for years—sailing the Carribean) deceided to stay “on land” this year on our beautiful Anguilla island. After much searching and high prices, we landed on Clearview which turned out to be the perfect place for us. We stayed up top (four bedrooms) and enjoyed the spaciousness of the bedrooms and the villa. The balcony views were breathtaking and was where we started and ended every day—and several mornings traipsing down to the “rock” with coffees in hand to watch the waves roll in and the sun rise up...true shangrillla. While not overly fussy, the villa is well equipped and maintained. We didnt need a thing..its all there..beach chairs, towels, noodles, and the house including the kitchen was well provisioned. We had cleaning services twice during the week and that was also very much appreciated. If you are looking for a comfortable, glorious place to land thats not very pricey, this is the place~ We hope to get back to shangrallla

March 2017 Clearview Villa upper stay

This is our fifth stay at Clearview Villa Upper , when we arrived the place was spotless, super clean, the owner has kept up with all the maintenance, with new up grades every year. Villa is nothing fancy but is very well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay on Anguilla. The views of the ocean and hearing the waves at night, all great. We love staying at the Island Harbor end of the island people are friendly and are getting to know us, getting a evening drink on the beach and a grilled fish dinner , what more could you ask for. Five minute drive to our favorite beach, Shoal Bay East.The Internet worked great for the whole stay. The caretaker is very nice and calls or stops by every couple of days to make sure all is well. We had a great stay and have booked our trip again for next year.

Great location, comfortable house

We thoroughly enjoyed our second year at Clearview. We are a group of fourcfruends and the 4 bedrooms and deck overlooking the Atlantic was perfect. Greatestxadvantage is the proximity to Shoal Bay East beach where we spend everyday at Tropical Sunset. Great pizza and Italian food at nearby Artisan Pizzz.

Peace of Mind with a View

My wife and I plus another couple just finished our stay at Clearview Villas in both the upper and lower units. We've been coming to Anguilla for almost a decade now and have settled into this wonder villa with a spectacular view of the fishing boats coming and going in Island Harbor. These units had all the amenities anyone could ask for including high-end beach chairs and beach umbrellas with auger. Even a bin full of snorkel gear! Everything was in great working order and there was always someone available should we ever have any questions or concerns. The villa was roomy, clean and comfortable - very airy with sea breezes keeping everyone cool. We're definitely coming back to this wonderful, well-cared-for villa.

Beautiful villa with plenty of space and remarkable views from the deck

This was our second stay at Clearview Villas. We moved to the upstairs villa since we had 6 people to accommodate. The kitchen is large and had every convenience and plenty of pots/pans and dishes for the meals we cooked there. The living area is spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of seating and a great place to watch the Patriots win the Super Bowl!!! We spent a lot of time on the deck which overlooks the ocean and we witnessed some of the most perfect rainbows in the mornings after a short rain shower. I can't say enough about the views from this villa. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms which have island inspired bedding and furniture. The whole villa is decorated in bright colors and is comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Shoal Bay where the beaches are outstanding and the beach bars are fun! We love this place and will come back again; hopefully next year!!

Clear view villas was a wonderful place to stay! The view was awesome

The property was very clean with housekeeping services twice during our week stay. The house had everything you would need to cook with. Plenty of dining furniture. Plenty of living room furniture. Linens we're good quality. Nice beach towels provided. Loved having a washer and dryer and air in the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend to large families. Would stay there again without any hesitation. Nice deck to see and smell the ocean.

This was a great beach house. We loved the space and the view.

This is a great beach house situation on the cliffs on the east side of the island. The house was clean, spacious and has a fantastic view from its oversized balcony. There is a large table and a couple of lounge chairs. We spent every morning enjoying the view and every night listening to the waves. There is another balcony off the master bed room as well. The rooms are all large and would easily house 2 families. Out back there is a path leading to the water. There is not a sand beach, but you could snorkel here if the water is not rough. Included in the house was snorkeling equipment, a prepaid cell phone, a cooler and chairs. This made it easy to get out each day and explore. Shoal Bay East is a beautiful beach a 10 minute dive from the house. We spent a lot of time there, but also drove to the west end about half the time to enjoy our other 2 favorite beaches (Rendezvous and Mead). These beaches were a bit further as they were on the oposite side of the island, but the longest drive was 30 minutes (during rush hour). All 3 beaches have restaurants right on the beach. Our favorites were Madeariman and Uncle Ernies (Shoal Bay East), Beach Shack and Straw Hat (Mead). We also ate at the Great House on Rendezvous a couple of times. If you are looking to cook in the villa, there are plenty of pots/pans. There are 2 markets close to the villa. If you make a left on the main road, a market will come up within a mile. 15 minutes further down this road is a larger grocer (Best Buy) and it is worth the drive. Instead, you can make a right onto the main road and you will pass Island Harbor. Another market comes up on the right a mile after the beach. The best grocery store is 20 minutes further down this road on the west side of the island (another Best Buy). This Best buy is just before the turn for Meads Bay Beach. See directions to Meads below. Speaking of getting around, there is a map that shows many of the beaches and business on the island. A rental car is a must as there is much to see. There is basically one main road that has a few side roads. One challenge is knowing where to turn. The main road does not run along the beaches and there are few signs indicating where to turn. The best thing to do is follow signs for the restaurants on the beaches you are looking to visit. Below are a couple of clues to our favorite beaches. Shoal Bay East - Go straight and to the right on the main road. Follow this past Island Harbor for 3 or 4 miles. Whe

Beautiful Villa with a Superb Location

We stayed in the lower villa for a week in February. The villa had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and linens. The view from the balcony was just beautiful and we fell asleep each night listening to the waves...it was so relaxing. The patio area is very large and we enjoyed sitting out there relaxing and having our beverages. This villa had plenty of space for our party (4 adults) with two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a short drive to our favorite beach, Shoal Bay, but also a great location for exploring the island and all the beaches. The villa was kept clean and our linens refreshed on a regular basis. We are going back again next year!!

Family vacation at Clearview Villas

We were fortunate to stay at Clearview Villas while visiting Anguilla. The villa accommodated our family of 12 very comfortably. Each of the rooms was bright and airy and beautifully appointed with island themes. Because there were so many of us , we chose to prepare dinners in. I was shocked and pleased to find the kitchen outfitted with all the tools imaginable to prepare delightful meals, and the dinning room table was large and comfortable and could accommodate all of us. The living room was spacious with comfortable and appropriate furnishing. The view of the outside decks, garden, and sea were spectacular. I look forward to our next visit.

40th Birthday in Anguilla

I chose Anguilla to celebrate my 40th birthday with a small group of friends. After searching for affordable lodging we happened upon the VRBO site and Clearview Villas. Being in the states I communicated with the owner via email and text. He was always accessible and responsive in addition to being extremely helpful. EVERYTHING that I was promised was what I received. The property was beautiful, had an amazing view and had all the amenities of home such as a full kitchen and wifi. The staff, housekeeper and butler were kind and attentive to all of our requests and needs, provided emergency transportation once during our stay and directions when we went sightseeing. I was amazingly pleased with my stay and would never stay anywhere else.

A group of 8 friends, including myself, shared the upper villa for the new year holiday. The house is great, simple but nice and clean and has everything you may need. The only downside I can think of is that there are only two bathrooms, with the best one in the master bedroom. We shared both which meant we had to go through the master bedroom to get to that one. Otherwise the place is perfect for a group or large family gathering! No, it's not right on a beach but you would have to pay a LOT more for that and all beaches are easily accessible via car. You will need a car. There is no public transport on the island and it is basically rural. This house is on the opposite end of the island than the resorts and is in more of a "local" town. That being said there are a few restaurants within walking distance from the house. Down on the beach we loved Falcons Nest. FRESH fish at a good price ($15 US for the meal). Shoal Bay is indeed the closest beach for swimming etc. White sand, aqua water. Gorgeous. Rent a chair and umbrella for $5 for the day and sit back and relax. The house has a cooler you can use to pack lunch and save money. Our other favorite beaches were on the other side of the island: Rendezvous Bay and Meads Bay. Speaking of money, they take US dollars everywhere. The grocery stores all have prices in East Caribbean Dollar, but convert to US$ without you even asking. They did not seem to welcome Euros (St Martin does take Euros), but all the ATM’s on Anguilla let you pull out US$. There is a small market within walking distance of the house. Basically go to the main road, turn left and go up the hill maybe ¼ mile, stor is on the left. Other than that, my only word of advice is to call Garvin for everything. We got a bit confused as to who to call for what as there is a property management company that welcomes you and can get you a car etc, but Garvin manages the day to day workings at the villa and can get you anything, extra bed, will take you fishing. Just call him and not the management company if you need ANYTHING. Other than that, you are set! They have lots of beach towels for you, and extra snorkel gear at the house too. You could just show up with a bathing suit and be set ☺ The best thing is that because you are not spending all your money on an expensive hotel room, you can splurge on other fun stuff... diving, kite surfing, fancy dinners... whatever you want!
