Beautiful new hardwood floors in the living area and new tile in the master bath upgrade this home, along with a new master 6-ft double-sink vanity. Other amenities include access to 2 heated pools and tennis/pickleball courts, grill and outdoor picnic area, as well as an in-unit laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, covered parking, and a spacious ground-floor storage closet stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. Brand-new Santini Plaza shops and Farmer’s Market, CVS and 7-11 all a few blocks walk away!

The condo was fantastic— clean, well set up, easy access to beach and pool. Ruth was so easy to communicate with and very kind and helpful. The only note is that the futon, which is on the enclosed porch, is going to be the right size for little kids, not adults. Otherwise everything was as expected and more!

Off season this is a perfect place! The condo is beautiful, clean, all the amenities we needed. Close to beach and activities. Quiet community during our stay. Probably pretty busy during March and April spring break time but we picked the best time first week in June. Popup showers occasionally but plenty of sun time to enjoy. Hosts were great to extend our stay when we have some car trouble. Five star!!
