Estero Beach & Tennis, 9th Floor, Direct Gulf View! Gorgeous Sunsets! On Beach!

NOTE: July/Aug dates are highly discounted due to a balcony project going on in the building. This does not affect this condo or the view. There will be construction noise Mon-Thur 8am-5pm on other sides of the building. The work is completed on the gulf side of the building where this condo is. Please ask questions about this prior to booking.

Building "A" - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 517 square foot 9th floor condo with direct gulf view. 48” flatscreen TV. This condo at Estero Beach and Tennis is directly on the beach with breathtaking views of the gulf. Watch the sunset from the 9th floor lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your vacation stay. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The living room has a double reclining couch, flat-screen TV with free secure wifi and cable. There is a sliding accordion partition for privacy to the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and hair dryer. For your beach vacation, you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and noodles.

Coined laundry facility located on site on the main floor of the building
Directly across street from Santini Plaza where you can walk to shopping! There is also a Farmers Market in the parking lot of Santini Plaza Tue and Thur 9-1.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The listing had everything you need for your beach stay. We were very blessed to wake up to two turtle nests on our beach. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beyond the beautiful property, Kristie was an incredible host. She was extremely accommodating, communicative, and went above and beyond to make our travel day easier. We had the most wonderful time and cannot wait to come back. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect Florida beach vacation!

A very nice condo facing the beach. The quality of the apartment and its view was outstanding. I wished there were more businesses close to it. “Publix” supermarket is about two miles from the condo.The Italian restaurant “Legno”, on the other side of the boulevard, is excellent.

The condo has a direct beach view. The room was clean and had many beach amenities-beach chairs, beach umbrella, noodles, cooler, etc. the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Beach Stay

We loved the view of the beach from our condo and how well furnished and supplied with so many extras of items you wouldn't expect to be supplied! It was well-maintained and very clean! It's nice to see that the grounds are getting a lot of care and coming back from the hurricane! We definitely want to come stay here again!
