Parental supervision required in the loft for children under the age of 12 due to openings at the railing.
Any fires (indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit) must be supervised at all times. Exhaust completely before leaving.
Please remove shoes at the door and do not eat/drink in living room or bedrooms. Turn off lights, A/C, electronics, and close windows upon leaving.
