Your cozy getaway awaits in Alamogordo at this charming house. Plenty of space for parking. Home is located on over an acre of land. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and bunk bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 2 bathrooms feature a shower, jetted bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy the wonderful heating and AC during your stay. Newly renovated game room in the garage with split unit. New backyard with turf and putting green. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. To keep in mind, Our property is located in a natural setting on a larger lot, which means you may occasionally share the outdoors with native wildlife, including rattlesnakes. Please be advice of your surroundings.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave linens on beds. Place all used towels in laundry room. Turn up the AC to 80 or turn down the heater to 65. Turn off all lights and split unit in garage. Load dishwasher and start.
Take out all trash to bins on the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. If evidence of smoking there will be a 250.00 fine. Smoking allowed outside only.
No pets, any evidence of pets will be a 250.00 fine.

This is a must stay! Its incredibly beautiful, very clean and super comfortable. You will NOT want to leave. Definitely would book this home again;) The host is fantastic as well.

The house is AMAZING! Kids (and adults) had a great time playing the video games, pool table, darts & foosball. The best part for the adults was probably the comfort of the beds. I rarely can sleep well away from home but the bed in the primary bedroom was so comfy! The kids said the bunkbed was comfy too. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful home and great location. All the amenities you could ask for except for one thing. The water pressure was quite bad. The shower in one bathroom barely squeeked out. There did seem to be something wrong and the homeowner has been made aware of it. Regardless, everything else was perfect.

Nothing but good things to say about this property. We had a friendsgiving and everything about this property made it amazing! From the entertainment to the kitchen layout to a bathing experience to die for. No need to second guess, and believe me I spent 2 months building lists, just book it and save the stress.

This was, without a doubt, the nicest, cleanest, and most beautifully decorated Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in! The home was absolutely immaculate from the moment we walked in. Every piece of furniture was incredibly comfortable, from the beds to the oversized couch. My son absolutely loved the game room, and I couldn’t get enough of the huge jetted soaking tub after long days of exploring.The bedding was unbelievably soft, and the plush pillows made for some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. The location was perfect—it’s hard to get much closer to White Sands National Park while still being conveniently close to town. The property felt very safe, tucked back from the road with a security system, and the mountain views were absolutely beautiful.We honestly didn’t want to leave!The only two very minor drawbacks were that the ice maker didn’t seem to be making ice, and the shower water pressure could have been a little stronger. Neither issue took away from our stay, and I would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

I haven’t had any issues, it could be either turned off or maybe it’s stuck with ice. I know sometimes the water pressure can be a little low. We are on a well. And not City water. I will definitely look into seeing what we can do to get that pressure better. Thanks again..

This house was absolutely made to feel like a home. Everything was orderly and clean when we walked in, and the hosts were easy to communicate with.My husband and I slept in the master bedroom and it was such a soft cozy bed. The layout was expansive and perfect since we had another guest with us on the trip.The front and back patios are peaceful areas do just unwind as well. We didn’t use the game room much, but I was certainly well stocked for entertainment. Speaking of well stocked the kitchen had basically everything we needed to cook and enjoy the home the whole time.
