Pinetop lakeside, AZ week stay

Great location! Lack of foodie restaurants in the area so if you are staying for an extended period of time and will be cooking you will need to bring a cooking knife and carrot peeler. There are 3 beds. 2 of them were too soft for me but I found one that had a little more firmness in the 2nd bedroom. The communication was also excellent.

Golf Trip

The condo was very clean & perfect accommodations for 2 couples. The communications from the property manager before our arrival was excellent & very detailed which was very much appreciated. The property is close to everything; we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely unit in a nice community

I plan on staying here again soon. I was looking for a nice place without pets or smoking and this was perfect. Very kind host as well.

Just as we expected!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was roomy, clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent! The community was nice and the neighbors were friendly and informative. Keep in mind: there is no air conditioning and remember to bring along shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We would certainly rent again. Thanks, Kevin!

The place was updated and nicely done. Big walk in closet was a plus. We booked a stay for 5 night stay and only wish there was more accommodations for enough paper towels, trash bags, propane and pellets for fireplace and other essentials. However we had a great time and would definitely stay again

Wonderful condo close to everything

My adult sons, husband and I just stayed at this condo, it is exactly how it is represented. The location is incredible, if you are going skiing (unfortunately they weren't fully open yet) it is only 30 mins to Sunrise, 5 mins from the casino and just a couple mins up the road from the restaurants and Eddie's grocery. My boys said their beds were extremely comfortable, the primary bedroom's bed is comfortable as well. There weren't any bath toiletries shampoo/soap which makes sense in this time of COVID so just make sure you bring these with you. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans/glasses, dishes; we had everything we needed. We had a slight issue with the TV's in the bedrooms, but Kevin was extremely responsive and we had this resolved in quick fashion. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in a great location, book this rental, we definitely will be back when Sunrise opens.

Mountain getaway

Unit is condo within larger community. We were pleasantly surprised to find balcony overlooking tennis & pickleball courts, since we are avid PB players, but not everyone might appreciate the activity & noise. Golf course restaurant was not open due to virus, but many other dining options are only a few miles away. Community is very good for bike riding on quiet streets. Owner lists new bed & bedding, but sheets did not fit king bed---very annoying. Unit is very attractive and well furnished, but lighting is very poor for games or reading.

Nice condo in great location

This was our first visit to Pinetop and we greatly enjoyed it. Beautiful area with gorgeous weather. The condo was perfect for our stay as its close to everything and in a really pretty area.

Nice condo in a beautiful location

Although the condo is a little bit dated it met our needs perfectly. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. I liked that the two bedrooms/baths were on opposite sides of the condo and both had access to its own bath and the patio.. Neither had an en-suite bath snd they roughly equivalent in size. One with a king and the other with 2 queens. The kitchen and living area smaller than it appears in the photos but suited our needs. Lots of screens doors to allow the mountain breeze to flow thru. We would come back.

A great place for a fair price

Just had a great long weekend staying here. The place was nicely appointed, updated, and it was fun trying to figure out how to use the pellet fireplace. :) We will definitely stay here again.

We visit the White Mtns and Rim Country every so often, and we have stayed at several different properties in the area over the years. We were looking for a big enough place in the tall pines with an outdoor area to relax in, and lots of things to do close by, which is why we chose this property. Overall a very nice place to stay. Especially loved the kitchen area and the cathedral ceilings, and the furniture was very comfortable. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a long time. Significantly updated compared to other listings we saw and other properties we have stayed at in the area. We had a great time and decided we will be returning in the winter to do some skiing.

Wonderful Escape to the Mountains!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful condo! It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It has a great view of the tall pines and Aspen trees. We played pickleball on the nice courts at the Country Club next door (for $5.00 a person - very reasonable). It is a very nice area of Pinetop and we went for long walks and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. We found some fantastic restaurants in Pinetop very close by. We will definitely be renting this condo again! Bill and Mary

Falsely Advertised and Well Worn

This condo is falsely advertised; it is not new. In fact, it's in the oldest of the four Sports Villages. Sure, it's been redone but not recently. Several things didn't work: ice maker, guest bathroom faucet, burned-out bulbs, backwards shower controls, a useless and flimsy fan. As noted in other reviews, amenities were lacking. If the ice maker isn't working, ice cube trays or a bag of ice or a bottle of cold water are not only an amenity, they're a necessity. And it's not so great being just steps away from the tennis and pickle ball courts especially if you can't play on them because it's a private club. We planned our trip to Pinetop to cool off but instead we roasted and counted the days until we could leave.

Great furnishings in the CONDO‼️‼️ There 3 of us who wished the ice maker had worked during our stay. Suggestion: have ice trays as a back up option. Our bedrooms were located above the Pickle Ball courts‼️‼️ We were awakened at 6AM as they were prepping the courts for the PB tournament which started at 7:30 with intercom announcements ‼️‼️ The owners were very kind to respond when we had questions and concerns. Loved he assigned parking place. Thank you for the opportunity to spend 2 nights🤗🤗

Wouldn’t go back

Good/decent location as far as Pine Top access., Great overstuffed recliners. Not on the golf course as described. sheets in master bedroom worn out and don’t fit the bed. thin towels and nothing in the kitchen that was really gourmet. dining room chairs have no filler in them, the ice maker didn’t work, no lid for large pot, zero seasonings beyond salt and pepper, and no seating for more than two (in more uncomfortable chairs) on the patio. No instruction for the fireplace. This listing was oversold on amnenities.

Beautifully updated condo!!

We loved our stay here! First class 2 BR, 2BA condo next to Pinetop Lakes Country Club. We played pickle ball and Jack played golf. We didn't even have to drive to the course . . . it was literally about 100 feet from the condo to the clubhouse! The condo was completely remodeled with beautiful wood ceilings and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with pellet stove that really put out the heat on a cool evening. All furniture and beds were high quality. We had two great night sleeps and really loved the incredible tall pines that completely shaded this condo during the day. We sipped drinks from the covered balcony while watching people playing tennis and pickle ball. Our stay was 5 stars, and we will come back! Highly recommended!!
