• Pool is not heated (but perfect for hot Texas days)

Guests have access to everything, including both driveways and the garage. You will enjoy complete privacy, there are no shared spaces!

I do live about 15 mins away, so I am available quickly if needed. I also make my personal phone number available for guests. This is especially useful for international guests that need to use a 3rd party messenger.

We do have a pool maintenance person that needs to stop by and service the pool once a week. We can hold him off if you would prefer the pool not be serviced during your stay.
