There is also a 40 sq.m. balcony with the beautiful view on the Eiffel Tower and a 90 sq. M. terrace with a Avenue Foch view. Arch de Triumph and Champs Elysees is just in a five minutes walking distance
The Paris apartment had been renovated a month ago, Has a separate entrance on the 7th floor and a private underground parking for one car in the building.

Great location, just a short walk to the metro, and within walking distance to multiple great parks, restaurants, bakery, and shopping! We loved being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the back balcony too. Check-in was so easy and any communication with the host was prompt. The apartment was clean, had plenty of space for the 3 of us (myself, spouse, and teenage daughter), and it was so comfortable to come 'home' to on the hot summer days after exploring the beautiful city of Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
