This fabulous condo features a master suite with direct access to lanai with 1 brand new Serta king bed, TV and 2 walk-in closets. Guest bedroom with 1 queen sleep number bed and TV. Office provides for additional space. Family room with recliners and large flat screen TV make it easy to watch the game. Open up all the sliders and enjoy the game from the lanai or just enjoy the beautiful fountain. Kitchen supplied with all your needs plus pantry and extra fridge in your 1 car garage. Grill provided. Gated community perfect for walking and biking. Located close to pool and hot tub. Private island allows for a relaxing days and beautiful sunsets, seating is provided. Located 6 miles from Fort Myers beach or Sanibel bridge. Condo association requires signed contract and background check provided by lessor to lessee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay at Susan's beautiful condo. It is very clean, well-furnished with everything you need and is in the beautiful Gulf Harbour gated community. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Susan is a great host and we highly recommend this property.
