Two community pools & fishing dock are available for our guest as well as a private garage. Whether you crave tranquility or a lively vibe, this condo has it all.

- Minimum rental term: 30 consecutive days only - no short-term stays are permitted as per HOA!
- Once a guest books their visit, we will ask for your email and send you a "Guest Information Form" which needs be completed and submitted to the condo management prior to guest arrival
- No parking on HOA premises of Motorcycles/ Boats/ Trailers/ Motorhomes/ R.V.'s/ Commercial Vehicles as per HOA rules

This condo is a gem!!!! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen is well equipped including air fryer and full size washer and dryer. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store, sea food restaurant, pizza shop, ice cream parlor and Irish pub. Wildlife sighting on the Banana River were a daily occurrence. We can't wait to go back next year!!
