This house was beautifully restored in 2011. Our guest feel immersed in 18-th century France, real mahogany furniture, high quality linens. Suburb breakfast made from locally grown ingredients. Lots of space, great for groups, weddings, seminars. Located close to interstate 90. Very close to Cooperstown, Turning Stone Casino, Herkimer Diamond Mind, Boat Cruise. Located in the center of Amish dairy farms. Surrounded by fields and meadow s. Have flat screen TV, Cable, WiFi, Sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, ample parking.

Charming and Wonderful
From the first time we spoke to the property managers, Leo and Valerie, we knew we had made the right decision to stay at their beautiful bed and breakfast. The property is peaceful and comfortable, rooms clean and well put together in a sweet, Old French home decor. The bed was comfortable and the room felt more like home than your average rental typically does.
The breakfast was delicious, country farmstyle-and the hosts sit and eat and converse like family. We had a most enjoyable stay, and would absolutely stay here again. It was a very charming, very pleasant experience.
