Centrally-located in Downtown Lexington, The Morningside Place is walking distance from the Virginia Military Institute, Washington and Lee University and numerous restaurants and shops located in the Historic District of Downtown Lexington. Carefully curated to provide comfort and convenience, The Morningside Place has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, open living and dining room space, a deck, a covered patio and a spacious backyard. Check-in begins at 9AM on your check-in date. Please note that our home prohibits pets, is not suitable for toddlers and there is a curtain (not a door) that separates the master bedroom from the bedroom with the bunk bed.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your purchase due to unforeseen circumstances, sickness or inclement weather.

Great location. Just a few minutes from downtown Lexington. Very clean. High quality appliances and renovations throughout. Wonderful porches. Bunk room was perfect for our 6 and 8 year olds. Safe area. We would definitely stay again!
