The Courtyard Condominiums - centrally located in the heart of Stone Harbor, Location location! Just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and downtown 96th street shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the new park movie theater pub. One block from Risley park with basket ball courts, tennis courts and shuffle board The courtyard area is brightly furnished with outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas. This unit is located on the 2nd floor looking over the courtyard, parking space is included. Owner is doing a complete renovation for 2024 season (photos coming once work has been completed) The twin bedroom will now be a bunk bed setup. Full on top /Full on bottom.
The Seven Mile Beach is composed of two towns, Avalon & Stone Harbor. Avalon & Stone harbor offer a unique charm that you won't find anywhere else. You will be surprised at just how much there is to do within seven miles.
