Lakefront Home W/Outstanding Views Of Mt. Lassen, Dock, Buoys and Fishing

Welcome to relaxation! Take a refreshing swim in 70+ degree water, enjoy a delicious margarita on your private deck and watch a spectacular sunset together with family and close friends!

Located on the East Shore of Lake Almanor, this very private lakefront home welcomes you and your family. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and views of Mount Lassen from the kitchen table. A private beach adjoins the property perfect for morning walks. There is a large deck, gas BBQ and table for eating meals outside. Below the deck are two large rocking chairs perfect for an afternoon siesta. For the children, there is a horseshoe pit, basketball hoop, canoe, kayak and dock.

Bald eagles and ospreys nest near the house and can be seen almost daily. Deer frequently visit the cabin. Geese and sandpipers can often be seen walking on the beach too. Fishing in the waters in front of the cabin for small mouth bass is good.

Excellent fishing for rainbow trout and brown trout are available nearby. Mornings are usually glassy and perfect for water skiing. Afternoons provide excellent conditions for a leisurely sail. Evenings are wonderful time for a walk on the beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
