Exploring Sunriver has never been easier when you stay at Abbot House Condo 4. This Ground Level, modernly updated 2 Bedroom Condo is conveniently located right off the Village at Sunriver. The full kitchen provides you a wonderful cooking experience complete with Dishwasher to make clean up even easier. Or you can walk over to get coffee and in-house baked goods at Brewed Awakenings, lunch at Sunriver Brewing Co, and/or Dinner at Marcello's Italian Kitchen. When your stay starts here, everything is in reach!

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom off the entry has 2 Bunk Beds and a Smart TV with XBOX. There is a cadet heater in the bedroom

Laundry:
Down the hall in a closet is a new stacking Washer and Dryer.

Bedroom 2:
Down the hall on the left is the second bedroom with a Queen bed, Smart TV and ceiling fan. The bedroom also contains a cadet heater.

Full Bath:
Across from the second bedroom is the full bath with Shower Tub combo.

Kitchen:
The hall ends at the wonderfully updated, full Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, subway tile and granite counters including a breakfast bar.

Living Area:
On the left is the Living area with a soft Sectional to sprawl on while your favorite show is on the large Smart TV. The A/C unit is in the wall between the sliding glass door and the dining area. The gas fireplace is operated by the thermostat.

Dining Area:
Behind the Kitchen and off the Living Area is the bar height Dining table with seats for 6.

Deck:
The wood Deck is accessible through a sliding glass door. With a gas BBQ, lounger and dining table with umbrella, enjoying the Sunriver outdoors is a breeze as you overlook the grass common area behind the condos.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
