Beautiful beach! The condo was clean and perfect for our family of five. Great communication/quick response from management when we had questions. We didn’t end up using the pool but it looked nice.

Just steps away to the wonderful non crowded beach and pool. Fabulous location! Furniture is a bit dated but relaxing and very comfortable. Wonderful a/c and wifi! Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoyed sitting on back deck for coffee in morning. Very family friendly and close to shopping and restaurants. Harris Teeter super close and same with shops at Omni. Highly recommend delicious market at Omni shops for breakfast!! Easy drive to downtown and Ft. Clinch. Overall loved our stay and would enjoy staying again!

Probably done with this rental company after this stay. The property was horrible. Very outdated and not clean at all. Very different from what the pictures online show. We knew it was outdated, that didn’t matter but when we got there the walls were nasty, the carpet was actually STICKY. So we asked for a different place to stay-communication was great and they moved us to 309 which we were grateful for. But then we encountered many problems at that place too. The worst of all was the 2 huge COCKROACHES we found. One upstairs and one downstairs. The beds were very hard and all of us had sore backs after sleeping on them. The tvs wouldn’t work most of the time. ALL of the remotes had a mind of their own. The washer wouldn’t work. Had to restart it multiple times just to come back to it filled with water and off again. The sprinkler system outside is broken or something so when they came on at night the sidewalk from the condo to the car floods and you have to walk in higher than ankle deep water (my mom ruined her shoes). There is no lighting on the steps walking up to the condo (or at least not one that works). Hate to sound nit picky, but we go on vacation to relax and stay somewhere nice and if it’s a rainy day we want to be able to relax and watch tv! There’s got to be a company out there that cares about keeping their property clean, convenient, and up to date but unfortunately not this one. (Pictures are of the inside of first condo, the bugs, and the water on sidewalk)
