Great little spot! Easy access and parking available in the back. Very close to bars and restaurants which was very convenient. I would consider this more of a studio than a one bedroom. No closets to hang stuff but a couple hangers and a coat rack are provided. The building is an old hospital which was converted to a few apts which gives it character. Apt was clean but the shower floor tiles leave a bit to be desired. All in all it was a good spot for a quick overnight.
We had good communication with the property owner prior to check in and he allowed us to check in early which we appreciated as we were traveling from out of town. Upon checking in it was evident that the smell of cat urine was very strong. It was strong in the hallway and in the apartment. The ceiling had damage to the tiles specifically the tiles above the bed looked pretty sketchy. We decided not to stay the night and when I reached out to the property owner I was informed that the property was not listed as pet free and that the ceiling was fine. Not very helpful. We have requested a refund but have not heard back yet.
