Lookout at the Lake overlooks The Tioga-Hammond, a 640 acre lake known for crappie and bass fishing, boating and even jet skiing. Enjoy the privacy, seclusion and the view in this family and dog friendly home. Ives Run Entrance to the Lake and recreation areas is approximately 1.5 miles from the home. Located 14 miles from Wellsboro, PA and 25 miles from Corning, NY.

This three bedroom home has central air and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Dining room, bar seating and breakfast nook. Sleeping arrangements include:
1 queen bedroom, dresser, and closet with attached full bathroom (garden tub and shower).
1 queen bedroom, closet, and hallway bath nearby.
1 bedroom with a bunk that includes one upper twin, double below, and trundle twin. Full dresser and closet. Hallway bath nearby.
Each bedroom has a tv with Netflix access.
Living room includes tv and pull out couch.
Washer and dryer.
Half bath.
Enjoy the view on the porch with full seating and BBQ grill.

Note: Property does include a long, inclined driveway. Four wheel drive is not needed to access property unless it has snowed. However, we do ask that you use four wheel drive if you have it to help maintain the driveway/gravel.

*Yard leveling was recently completed and there are areas where grass has not grown in yet.

Lock up by pressing # on keypad for 3 seconds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was located in an absolutely beautiful location. It was well maintained and clean. The hosts provided a lot of basic essentials. They responded to all questions promptly. Very nice to work with them.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The view overlooking the water and surrounding hills was absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise and sunset. The house was spotless and felt brand new. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—seasonings, oils, pots, pans, and more—which made cooking so easy. Communication with the owner was excellent and very responsive. Our kids especially loved the bunk room—it was such a fun and cozy space for them! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
