Andrew was lovely to interact with and very responsive. I found it a bit challanging to not have control of the temperature in the house and as well there are no shelves, drawers or dressers in which to put clothes. We were suplied wirh 5 or 6 hangers and that was it. There were a couple things here and there but he always responded rapidly just a shame to have to call. Love the neighborhood the people were very friendly.

Dear Charlotte, thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about the neighborhood. We believe there may be some confusion with a different listing, so we’d like to clarify a few points. My name is Igor, not Andrew. The thermostat is located in the living room and is fully accessible to guests; it is a simple, easy-to-use unit, and no issues were reported during the stay. Regarding storage, the master bedroom features a walk-in closet with shelving, a chest of drawers, and each closet includes a luggage rack and at least 15 hangers, all exactly as pictured in our listing photos. We did experience an issue with the TV, which was addressed and fully replaced after your stay. We appreciate your comments and always strive to keep our listing accurate and our guests comfortable.
