Sleeping arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bath, offering a private retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with twin-over-twin bunk beds - a practical setup for kids or extra guests. With three full bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone to get ready without feeling rushed.

The property is a single level home with no stairs in home, and offers free parking garage on premises along with a private entrance.

Exterior security cameras on property - including a Ring doorbell with front and rear cameras - provide added peace of mind, along with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Long term stays allowed makes it suitable for stays of 28 days or more, and host greets you upon arrival.

All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
