BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

Racing Equipment: Guests will be responsible of keeping equipment in there covered space while not using it, and not using it during bad weather conditions..
GUESTS MAY NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE USING THE RACING TRACK EQUIPMENT.

This place is amazing, the host Rolando is eqally amazing and was gracious with any question and responds to your call personally no AI. And if you're having any type of issue he actually shows up ASAP 10 out of 10 customer service. It was a special stay for my family and he made sure it went as planned.
